Hello! Thanks for making a video about my books and my brand :) Really awesome analysis, it was fun to hear another marketer talk about my products! I have been working on my brand and my passion for 10 years. Each product was developed at different times and had great sales at the time. This allowed me to create a base of truly loyal fans who love my books more than I imagined. You are right. I've been a full-time self-publisher since 2013. I had a lot of success with low and medium content books in the early days and took a break in 2018. I've been back since 2023 and boy, the game has changed so much. Despite my experience, I would never go into this "car niche" because I know I would never have a chance. The coloring book niche is completely oversaturated. There are so many perfect books that do everything right in every way and are very difficult to top, but they still rank poorly. If you don't have a brand with a social media presence to drive traffic to your coloring books, you don't have a chance. Unless you take the effort to build up a brand or you find a really unique niche... but no cars.

My family and I have been trying to publish KDP coloring books, yet Amazon keeps sending it back as a draft. We read the email they send on what to fix, and we fix it, to the point where they send the book back as a draft, and don’t send emails anymore. We emailed them back and never got a response. Has this ever happened?

For colouring books like this can't you get in trouble by the brands of the cars? This is something I have wanted to do but that's what always held me back a bit with the automotive world

If you are creating the images, hopefully actually using skills and not AI, you aren't selling a car brand. You are selling your own art you create. You cannot recreate logos. Those are what are trademarked. Just like you can sell your own photographs of cars. That output is yours.
