Life is a balance in changes. Develope good habits within diet and solve problems move forward. Leave past events in past does no good reliving negative energy. This brings healthy lifestyle. Purg the negative briefly releases anger learn events that happened you will understand weakness to strengthen. Move away from people who puts obstacles in front of you . They have bad intentions for your growth. Always remember their are other options work to your advantage. Support systems are valuable.

Considering the timing of Harden's hire at Michigan, one can almost imagine Coach Schembechler (?) reaching out to get help in solving the Anderson sexual abuse scandal which at that time Michigan University was desperate to keep "in the family". Providing a counselor like Hardin to work with these athletes' mental health could have very well been viewed as a remedy to the problem.
