hothmandon bud was very cheap back then. $10-20 ounces. pretty low quality tho with seeds and leaves and stems.

I think the guy is talking about how much money he spends a week on it this is in the UK a pound back then was equivalent to 20 pounds now so he's most likely on about 2 grams a week pretty average amount for the casual stoner and probably still left with enough to share joints with mates
