It is a T R A G E D Y that there isn't more guess cards in legal magic I think it may have been broken But it would have been more on theme if the celestial toymaker also proced on the new doctor who mechanic of "villainous choices"

I would have loved this to have had a 'villainous choice' function also. I was sure that the cluedo edition of Karlov Manor was going to have more guess cards too. Hopefully, some day!

I believe that for things like Doctor’s companion and Gallifrey Stands, It’s looking for Doctor in the name of the card, and not the creature type

For Gallifrey Stands, you can use creature type. Companion is just for Doctor cards.

I wish the toymaker made tokens instead of causing life loss because it's just gonna be a control deck.

I would have loved toy tokens, I imagine they would have been constructs. I think they might have shy'd away from it because it would have been 'when dies, create copy except it's a . . . 'and they've done it to death recently. Thankfully, my deck is far from control but I enjoyed creating chaos outside of red!

The fourteenth doctor REALLY needed flash. His ability is absolutely worthless unless his etb procs.

The second half's wording suggests he can be bounced after mill or wheel effects to become a new doctor that enters the yard that turn. So if he whiffs, and your deck is built with that in mind, he may still be interesting to pilot. For me, he's just a figure head that can achieve WUBRG with Clara or Vislor. I'd have liked a 'when he enters' instead of 'when he's cast' trigger for the first part, again to abuse with bouncing. Did you like the Who precons?
