That's actually a very achievable dream my guy. All e60 5s have lots of room for turbos under the bonnet. Just find buy one of the kits, find a nice clean, preferably dry area to work and make it happen.

Great project Guys! I know you didn't stick with the standard ESS kit for very long and added Meth a different pulley and a piggyback ECU pretty soon after the install. Did you use the car with the basic ESS kit and tune for long enough to establish if it would be reliable as a daily driver? I think in some of the other comments you mention that you had problems with the ESS tune that you sorted with the piggyback ECU. Not sure if that was because of all the extra power goals you had or if you struggled from day 1. I'm thinking about the kit for my N62B48 and want to have confidence that it would work in a daily driver.

It first had just a back box delete. I then removed the cats and built an exhaust with x pipe and remote cutouts as the tuner thought the cats might melt.

No choice mate. The TV2 kits is no longer made. The G1 should make more power top end but I’d have got the TV2 if I could just for the low end torque.

I made a bung for the pcv valve inlet under the throttle body and run it from there. My pcv system is deleted I run a catch can.

Yep first G1 kit fitted to 645. According to manufacturers. Unless someone privately imported one in a suitcase but there is no public record of that.

jguard777 hi mate, true manual means it won’t upshift unless I tell it to. Part 2 will show you why that’s important to me ha. It’ll just hit the limiter like a manual car. The car also has a m5 paddle shift wheel so it shift by the paddle as soon as I tell it to and doesn’t shift up without me telling it to. The only time it will shift on its own is if you left it in a high gear and slowed down a lot it will drop the gears then so that the car isn’t pushing through the torque converter.
