I picked up Belphemon recently, just because I thought it was going to be the most bang for my buck as a returning player and I'm not disappointed. Luckily I had Demimeramon beforehand, but the reprint will definitely bring the price down. Think I paid less than $20 total for the core. As for future support, the Leviamon deck is coming out in EX05 and can synergize pretty well. I'm definitely thinking we'll get Belphemon X at somepoint soon as well.

@@atlas6203 I seen it! Honestly, once the BT15 support comes out I kinda want to go for a "pure-ish" build of Leviamon. BT14, EX05, and BT15 got so much stuff I'm hyped for. Minus the broken EX05 Garurumon, that was a mistake.

great video. new player here and trying to get into this game. is there a way to get a list of what cards are in these decks? you should the picture list of the cards with how many cards needed but no names for the cards. its hard to find them on tcg just going off by picture when there are so many cards. thanks again for the video.

As an advocate of Blue Flare, I can argue that the deck arguably gets better with BT14 with the inclusion of Zudomon and Gomamon being some much needed missing help to push for game, zudomon ace turning a random raw level4 play into a trap to disrupt most decks, and goma being a good unblock able finisher that trashes materials in desperate times. I've played the decks quite a bit and outside of blackwargreymon and floodgates holding you up, a good pilot can take the deck far. That said, both of them are SR and their inclusion does bump the budget a tad once it drops, but that's if you're willing to keep the deck alive for BT14 meta

Yeah, I was gonna say that anyone keeping up with the Japanese meta should be aware of how powerful zudomom ace is and how well blue flare can take advantage of it in BT14

Representing Dorbickmon here! Come BT14, we get a new Koromon egg to test out that draws when any digimon checks security, meaning we can bring EX3 Sunariza as an alternative to promo Guilmon and still get the same draw 2. Only with Sunariza, you can reveal top 3 and add 1, making cycling faster. In addition, we can slot in jamming tyrannomon from Bt1 for safer swings as opposed to guilmon always dying and drawing with the new Koromon as well. BT15 gives us a Ginryuumon that means Dorbickmon can suspend anything lower than 13 cost on attack, be it a digimon or tamer. King Shoutmon is also another card to consider. He recycles ANY digixros requirement and that can help a lot if you haven't drawn Dorbickmon yet and it's in security. I've also made a Red/Purple build that uses Analog Boy and EX3 Guilmon and EX4 BlackGrowlmon. Analog boy gives you a search and trashes the rest, and EX3 guilmon's on deletion gives us another way to delete lower rookies so that Fire Ball gets its draw 2 more often. Him and EX4BlackGrowlmon also have mill effects that can trash key pieces of an opponents deck that will hurt most non-purple decks. BlackGrowlmon will also recycle another Growlmon or Guilmon if you need a rookie or another Dorbickmon piece. In addition, filling up the trash means this version can run Bt13 Gallantmon as an alternate win condition. If Dorbickmon dies in the middle of its swings and there's no digimon left on your field, you can use the accumulated trash from both yourself and the opponent to reduce Gallantmon's cost down to 3 cost, 1 cost or even free. Since he has rush, not only can he attack like Dorbickmon, but Gallant also has a double deletion that can target anything under 6K or Over 13K, meaning You can wither away things like Greymon's protection better. Analog Boy will also trigger off Dorbickmon's deletion, gaining you back memory, giving another hatch phase to make cycling faster if you have another Guilmon in hand and enabling Hybrid if you have more than 2 Analog Boys in play. I'm really hoping for more generic dragon trait support in future sets so Dorbickmon continues to grow its available tools

Do you have a list to share for the Red/Purple version of your Dorbickmon Deck? I'm new to Dorbickmon but have enjoyed using him as Spice in Galaticmon + Flamedramon into Ragnalordmon for some games as an alternative win condition to normal Galacticmon deck.

As a british player; I wish it was this cheap at times. Card prices over here, even using places like dedicated digi trading websites; some cards are incredibly expensive compared to US sellers. Some cards like Rage Mode were going for around £15 each here ((I got lucky n found a guy selling three for £30))

That's surprising. As a Mirage player, I dread match-ups against Belphemon. The deck is so good at keeping its hand size low that it just shuts Mirage down.

There are $25 FUN decks, If you want to compete, you need a stronger deck (usualy they cost more)

I mean, I built dragon links for 16 bucks a few weeks ago because I could, but it will never top a local or a tournament. Hunters, red hybrid, and blue flare consistently put up results however, and simply aren't that expensive, especially in the larger world of tcgs. In mtg, these entire decks won't even get you a playset of fetchlands.
