You should hit that goal of 192 650ib. My 16 r1s went from 156whp bone stock to 197.3 as it sits now and i havnt done rims yet either. Im excited to see what the end result is!

Digging these videos bro! I’m from lansing Michigan but live in NYC.. I’m a boxing coach but build bikes in my garage. About 30 now.. i got a question.. i just picked up a 2018 r-1... not the M.. i want to redo the suspension , exhaust, and brakes for me.. coming off Ducati, Bmw and aprilia... i was disappointed in the brakes... Do just replace MC, pads and Fluid or do rotors and calipers too?

All you need is a pcv and a secondary Get it on a dyno cusom map. Ecu flashing is not good. You can’t beat getting it on a dyno and getting a custom map.

@@cr500kev8 nick and xplanes name is all over the R1 fb group. Hear nothing but good things about him....from smoothing out the throttle, you name it. Have a 2013 R1 and thinking what mods to add over winter. I might just take it to the local dyno shop....we'll see come Spring. Nicks ecu flash is still out of the plan yet.

Do not flash your bike. Secondary Fuel management and Dyno time is always the best way. Also Ecu flash effects your motorcycle warranty.
