Bro, until you fix your ignition timing you will continue to hit that wall. All tho we both know some of those hills are massive, your bike did pretty well. Consider a Uni foam filter with a pre filter bag, and run the same main with 1 up on the pilot. Nice video, bro.

Nice RIP thanks for sharing like the trails you make in the cylinder I like it. Can I share something with you take a dryer sheet or piece of pantyhose and put it over the air filter area on your carburetor just like a piece of bearing , G clips, can destroy your cylinder head look at the rotation of rear tire it's stedaley throwing street dirt 1 little pebble and your piston and head will look the same speaking from experience otherwise I ain't saying anything she flys brother ride safe

Glad you made those changes, but the bike does seem very slow from low speed, i recommend using a 40 tooth strocket, should give you a boost in acceleration will still having the speed
@justanothermotorizedbikech51384 ай бұрын
@@davidglobak I sorta blew this new one up from using the same bottom end that blew the first one up, there’s a 1mm x 1mm chunk missing from the piston on one of the transfer sides so the ring is really the only thing holding compression I’m purposely not trying to put lots much load at low rpm’s you can see it in the wrist once my wrist cracks the engine wakes up

@@justanothermotorizedbikech5138 if that's g4 cyl and if they never improved them then stock port timings is exh 140 stock tranfers are 110 15°bld @ 13.6 % and intakes 120. If you want it to achieve more rpm your gonna need a better tranfer duration starting point. Best way to do that without screwing up tranfer ports would be to lift cyl and deck it accordingly. Being a feather weight you can get away with port timings others typically can't run. What's to much tranfer timing for that cyl ehhh @ 177 lbs 130 to much the exhust port needs to be in the 190s taking away to much pump. But good starting point at the least would be 120 tranfers put your exhust port @ 180° that give you 30° bld @ 25% . Keep in mind when you lift cyl you decrease intake duration. You'll have to skirt the piston ti get back to 120 ° typically I will drop the floor of intake port for a physical 130• . Might be little doggy down low but you'll also be seeing 10,500 to 10,750 if you did your work correctly.
