Oftentimes with lists like this one, with 22 habits to remember, having them written down somewhere so that we can see them daily is very helpful. That is why I have turned this video into a short ebook as well, available now on Amazon for just 99¢ at a.co/d/fCmTfMB

Hi Todd, words can't emphasize the value we get from routinely listening to your tranquil voice and sage advise. Blessings brother 🙏 If you'd consider making physical posters like there were in the 90s/ early 2000's, I would gladly buy this poster of 22 habits ! It would be impossible to neglect as it would be a main focal point in my room. If it's a possible option in the near future, I'm eager to order one from Amazon or anywhere it is sold 👋✨️

Thank you for your kind words 🙏 if your mind just didn't think to the future we would suffer less most definitely it because all the people keep saying progressive illness you can't help but seeing just despair definitely some people live too much in their heads I'm one of them and death and the end of life I just can't get my head round 💔

Thank goodness people like this take the time to remind us of our true nature. So gentle and calm and understands the radical fucked upness of the human condition, and reframes it in such a soft and subtle way. Todd has at times been the only one or thing that has held my hand and supported my emotional pain. He speaks to my inner wisdom and encourages me to continue being compassionate and caring, even in the face of extreme adversity. I love his little laughs and the way he talks through a smile. We are all connected. More truth here than in most of the knowledge our entire infrastructure is built on.. thank you so much Todd. And may we all find peace x

Todd, I am so full of gratitude having cross your channel. I’ve only started meditating 7 months ago, and since meditating, it has changed my life drastically for me and to have stopped the self criticism on myself, judging myself, and most importantly protecting my brain and energy from this so called toxic world. your right, there is no beginning and there is no end . I finally understand what you meant. only the moment. thank you so much for creating all your videos . 🙏 I’ll be watching it all. ❤

May 13, 2024 - I hear you and I appreciate you Kindness is everything Appreciation is everything Recognition is everything ~~~ The most important is the little things that matters Love doesn't conqueror everything It is the little things we consistently do for each other daily The little things that leaves a lasting / indelible / lingering impression ~~~ Doing the little things doesn't have to be a struggle Be cognitive in the moment Be authentic Be you ~~~ Deep within the well of your being Within your psyche / physicality / spirit Treat others as you would want them to treat you Now that is Love ~~~ As Einstein would say: "Love is the most powerful force" To me this means in the cosmos / stars / universe In creation ... I think it's time to add you to this list. You're another breath of spiritual fresh air. I'd love to connect with you further and possibly visit you, just wish i could prenounce your name. Really inspiring channel of how to live and be alive. Thanks so much for this video Tom. Your kind and peaceful energy reminds me so much of what's truly important. Unfortunately, during the section on communing with nature the video was interupted with an ad break for a computer game called 'Hero Wars' where a man was choosing his weapon (an axe) to hack a beautiful tree shaped like a woman to bits so he could slide through its trunk into an underground space to collect more point-scoring weapons! At first, I thought this was a joke - but I couldn't quite believe the irony! 'Hero Wars' was also another ad break later in the video, showing a goblin king spitting on the axe weilding man which turned him into a red devil! It couldn't have been a stronger contrast with the nature of Tom's teachings. The KZbin algorithms have got the advertising key words so wrong!

I'm so glad to see a real person speaking naturally. So many videos are worthless, hollow AI content. Or else it's some therapist trying to rope you into spending thousands of dollars that you don't have in order to do some ridiculous artificial techniques. I don't know if i have the wherewithal to follow your advice, but at least it's real and sensical.

I'm still doubting about animal consumption. They hunt each other to survive! Killing for food, that's another innocent animal. Without consuming the other's body they can't preserve their own life. I find this a cruel reality of the animal kingdom. I can't agree with it. Somehow we , people inherited this, as we all come from Nature.
