if you're going to go back to pilates, you can also use the reformer itself to stretch if you'd like hehe! Like put your feet or your hands on the footbar and either lie down/sit move the carriage and you can get some good stretches like this :)) hope you loved reformer as much as I do! 🧚‍♂
