These videos are so great! In so many ways I’ve been feeling what you’re feeling and taking time to make sense of it all. I found myself noting what you were saying because you put into words exactly what I’ve been experiencing on the inside this year. You’re doing great! This is so raw and just normal and taken down and just comforting! Watching you slow down is helping me visually how to slow down and what that may look like. Going to binge them and get some inspiration even if it’s just for the summer (it’s summer right now in South Africa). 💗

Awww man that really means the world to me. Sometimes it really feels impossible for me to slow down. I feel like the world is moving so fast that I'll be forgotten or lost like a little kid in a crowded amusement park. Then I remember that we're not striving for relevance or status but rather for joy and peace. Mahalo from Hawaii, I really hope to visit South Africa one day! Enjoy your summer!

Glad you like them! I attached my gopro to the front of my board. It's kind of distracting while surfing though, would not recommend.
