* On this trip I went to fish for bass but mother nature had another plan in mind for me. It was quit the surprise and with me setting the hook like a bass im shocked it didnt rip it out of her mouth. I believe she was pregnant because of the lump in her belly.

Yeah, that's a bruiser trout. Fish don't follow the same rules fishermen do. Food is food. Big bass will eat small insects as well. Try a buzzbait!

DAYUM! That's a huge rainbow. On a chatterbait. That's crazy. I caught a much smaller rainbow on a spinnerbait last year (kzbin.info/www/bejne/i6XUgX9-fM9rppI). Also very unexpected.

i didnt know you were in nevada, i am in the midwest so if i ever hook a hen i keep it for the eggs.. a dozen egg sacs here cost like $3.. so a decent sized hen has like $50-60 worth of eggs.

Good job potentially injuring that native breeding trout just to show off its weight, you're never supposed to grab trout by their gill plate and even worse hang all it's weight off its gill plate, what a selfish move just to boast.

First of all you should pay attention to the video before you speak you sound smarter. second of all I was fishing for bass I had no idea there was trout in this pond so I dealt with it how I dealt with it. third I never even touched its Gill plate if you pay close attention to the video I never touched the Gill plate so you are incorrect. also I don't see how you could even see where I put the hook for the scale on the fish because it wasn't even shown in the video. Your name should be overzealous Ace.

Don't listen to this guy I never touched the fish is Gill plate and I was fishing for bass when this trout hit I would never hurt in native fish or any fish for that matter. Overzealous Ace needs to watch the video and pay attention before speaking.
