“No silver spoon, no trust fund.” Kind of odd to say that right at the start when his father, as others pointed out, is Roman Sharf who founded a luxury watch company and is worth over $100 million dollars…. This is worth repeating since it gives him a huge leg up, connections to suppliers, mentorship etc… Not trying to hate either, go him! But also let’s be realistic. He most likely isn’t as self made as he makes himself out to be.
@UpFlip Жыл бұрын
No hate, either. We appreciate all comments and feedback. While it's common knowledge that he's the son of a millionaire, we can't ignore the hard work he's been putting into his business. We do have mad respect for the kid. 🙌
@profanitytalker Жыл бұрын
No hate on the kid, but his dad (Roman Sharf) has a company in the watch industry that generates $150,000,000+ a year. I only state this because you said in the beginning "no silver spoon and no trustfund." Now you have the facts.

Absolutely, I see where you're coming from. It may seem like he had an unfair advantage, but he genuinely paved his own path to success. Many in his position choose to do nothing. Ultimately, the key question is, did he offer real value? What do you think? We’re only inviting guests who do offer value.

That's not remotely true. You are simply expressing marxist indoctrination that has programmed you to resent and criticize successful offspring of successful people. He succeeds because he is positive, optimistic, self-reliant, monetizes his own interests, and is persistent. To say his dad is his "main reason" is odious and discriminatory. It's a truly sick society that will engage in the widespread condemnation of people simply because THEIR PARENTS WERE MORE PROSPEROUS AND CREATIVE THAN YOURS were and than you are now. That's what this is about: covering up a negative self-image and the indolence, laziness, and ignorance associated with it.

The female that asked about the problem not wearing shoes she bought. I FELT THAT IN MY SOUL! lol When i first started the shoe thing it was all just personal. I still have shoes i bought over 10 years ago not touched. However, its actually how i begin my business of shoe resale and custom shoes and appeal as well as upscaling name brand clothes considered "retro". Anyway, long story short i bought a pair of up tempos in tiffany blue for under 200$, went to put them on THEY DIDNT FIT! So, i looked them up and used the were going 680$ and up. So now not only do i continue to be able to do and collect what i love. I make good money and support my family doing so. I'm trying to research the whole supreme brand next.

I believe him when he says no silver spoon. If you listen carefully: his first sale of sneakers, needing money to fund his sneaker hobby, his first realization of profit, Dad refuses to negotiate on his behalf, he’s on salary. All these are hallmarks of he did a lot himself. I’m sure at some point Dad did assist, but I’m sure he had to make business sense and pitch to him.
