I have moved to the Lift left handed mouse and am amazed at how much relief I get to recurring tendonitis in my elbow. I took the Logitech size test and my hand should have been too large for the Lift, however, I find it fits better then expected - and it doesn't feel too small at all - it's the Goldilocks mouse for me for sure. The learning curve has been very short for me -- the only real challenge was to learn how to double click as the behaviour is a bit delayed when you hover over an icon. Extremely well thought out and the perfect solution for left-handed people in a right-handed biased world.

As a tall left handed person I can't thank you enough for your comment, I was so relieved I finally found a left-handed mouse from a known brand and got VERY annoyed when I saw their hand size suggestion for the MX VERTICAL for 19cm+ hand sizes, that only comes as right-handed.

If you noticed the video you will have seen the small finger sat inside his ring finger and dragged on the table/pad - this is wrong - the little finger should fit below the the ring finger not inside - hence the need to use the Logi Vertical

I've had the Lift since April 2022 (it's now Feb 2023). I formerly used trackballs (the MS Explorer and Logitech M570). However, I was still getting some pain in the wrist (with the Explorer) and the thumb (M570). I had tried a cheap vertical mouse from Amazon, but I decided to splurge and get this. My battery is at 60%, despite using it for work. It's holding up pretty well, but there's a shiny spot where my thumb rests on the plastic part under the side buttons. I wish they had made this into a true "MX Vertical Mini", but it's still the best thing out there right now. I'm using it with a PC desktop. I was having some range issues with the Bolt receiver, and I've actually had better luck with Bluetooth. I'm not using any other Bluetooth peripherals right now -- my speakers are hardwired and my headset uses its own receiver.

Is it precise? I've been using similar vertical mouse and they have universal problem that click actually moves the mouse, or you have to hold it firm with your thumb not to move - making thumb strain even more.

This is probably subjective but personally I can't stand the inertial smooth scrolling.. I need fast and precise movement, just scroll to where exactly I need as quickly as possible. Any additional delays and animations just irritate the hell out of me so the first thing I do on a fresh install is disable the smooth scrolling option in Chrome and Firefox.

I did not like the buttons or feel of the Logitech Lift nearly as much as the Logitech MX Vertical. I do wish the horizontal Logitech Mice were a little easier to game with, they tend to move your cursor off target as you click furiously where other cheaper vertical mice I've had don't really have that problem.
