It's a beautiful home with modern features and old world charm. Tour without his commentary would be okay. For those who don't know, a formal living room is for personal business transactions or entertaining when being in other parts of the house is not appropriate. I'm sure if I won a big lottery, like someone in L.A. recently did, this house would be on the short list of preferred residences.
