I’ve watched a bunch of house tours on this channel and even though most of the houses are amazing I was always able to point out something that I didn’t like but not with this house. This house is simply perfect, I just loved every single detail. The kitchen, the backyard and the basement are my favorite spaces. If I had the money I would buy it in a heartbeat.

The finishings (if thats what it's called) in this house is divine! The mirrored tiles in the bar area, the tile and wood flooring, the stair railings, the glass doors, leather sound proofing, the master bathroom. Everything! It is well thought of.

For some reason whenever Enes says “basement” I get excited because most of these newly constructed homes on LA that have a basement, are epic. Most basements are like a total entertainment floor, a spa floor, or working floor AND I LOVE IT! Also Enes, I beg you to please dedicate A LOT of time while touring The One, take your time explaining everything as always, I don’t care if that video is 2 hours long. I hope the video streams in some time!

Your videos just keep getting better. I love the fact that you show the floor plan of each level. Touring large homes like this one can get confusing as far as where you are, so it's nice to have the layout to reference. I tend to prefer more modern design, but I love this home despite its more traditional aesthetic.

All houses you toured in the Brentwood area are amazing. This one looks like the one from Westridge but love this one much more. Not just because of the basement which not usual in most of this home style. The backyard looks so cozy with the big tree covering. Also one of the best kitchen use of space and flowing set up to the dining room. Great work!!!

What I really appreciate about this channel is how Enes goes into detail describing elements, styles and materials used in construction of a house he is touring. In some channels you'll watch someone continuously use adjectives such as "beautiful, lovely, wide,breathtaking" etc without giving you any real info about the house.

OKAY! So I've been watching Enes' videos through this entire pandemic & I loved how passionate he was describing the architecture & beauty of the homes he showed us. I also like the contrast between the light coloured wood and the marble. I not a fan of light wooden furniture but for this case, I do not mind at all since they all go beautifully with the entire aesthetic of the home. The divider between the sitting area and the master bed is nice and as mentioned many times, I love marbles. Well done Enes!

@@EnesYilmazerThis place was just about my ideal home. I really loved the barrel ceiling in the dining area. I really liked waterfall countertop in the kitchen. The detail on every ceiling in the house is amazing. The master suite was ridiculous from the openess to the marble detailed moldings and around the fireplace. The closet was big enough for both my wheelchair and I 😂. All that place needs for me is a couple of small ramps to get around outside better and I'd move right in!

I think the reason for the "low" price is that it got no views and is neither in Bel Air or Beverly Hills. That makes a huge difference. Personally I would prefer such a home compared to some of the clean modern ones with an awesome view.

Hey Enes and Mikey... out of all the LA multi million dollar$$ homes. This is by far the most extravagant one so far. Not to mention the outside with actual walkways and trees, just beautiful! The architecture, the character in every room, the coziness, it was absolutely the best of the best I have seen!! Every room , every floor was well thought out !! Amazing home , GREAT VIDEO ❤❤
