Dear Brother, this is a reaction from the Philippines. Seriously, I wish Cardinal Tagle would not be the next Pope. His charisma is so suitable for the ground and not for the Vatican. Our Beloved Card. Tagle knows how to handle a vast number of contemporary issues well. Such skills are truly needed in the vineyard of Christ. Be at peace. There is a conclave which follows strict rules in electing a Pope. We pray and trust in the Holy Spirit that whoever comes out as the next Pope has been destined to be so in the end times, and only God knows who that is.

Flores sounds like great candidate. And no he doesn’t need to be an archbishop. The pope just elevated someone to Cardinal who rejected a bishop role and decided to remain a priest.
