Genius as always. I just did #1 last week and doubled up in a cash game. Turned out he shoved with pocket 10s post flop. With pocket KK and no A on a 7, 4, 2 board, it was a snap call. Yeah he could have had trips or slow played AA but the math said call. Thanks for the great tips!

Thank you. Your videos are very informative. The KK tip is interesting. I had KK and 4bet and got shoved on by a tight player and he didn't take long at all to do it so I thought I would lose cause he had AA. It turned out he also had KK. Stack size was about 200-250 BB

i dont agree with some of the percentages. For example with KK, if they shove, you are not facing AA 4% of the time. I dont have the exact numbers but my experience says that 90% of the time you face either QQ, AK or AA, equaly divided and you will win about 50% of the time. You probably mean that there is a chance that someone at the table has AA is 3%, but not amongst people that raise reraise and shove. That is simply not true. 90% of the times you raise with KK everybody folds preflop. The winrate in number of hands you win with KK is very high, but the winrate moneywise is not. You will loose big pots with KK, just like everybody else

In my home game I'm in last Thursday I misread my hand, I had 9 10 of diamonds, I thought they were 9 heart 10 diamond. A pre flop raise got me out pretty quickly, and what do you know I hit the straight flush on the turn. Most tilted I've ever been, my first straight flush and I wasn't even in the hand.

@losyart I actually started off with pocket aces (heart and spade). I raise, he calls. Flop 2H, 8C, 8H. I raise $2, he calls. Turn 7H, he checks out of position, I also check (he already has a flush by then) river is 6H. He goes all in with 9H 10H. I called with the Ace flush. Just a bad beat. Figured maybe he had a king or queen high flush, and plus straight flushes are super rare.

i want to say one thing, when you always tell us to play only high cards like pockets and AK or AQ which are premium cards. You say by this that we should fold every other hand that we get? because i lost a lot using this tip from you

Lost alot meaning what, not winning money you could have won? Here's the thing, every hand can win In poker, and so if your comfortable losing big blinds every hand to see a flop in case your 2 4 off suit hits a straight or 2 pair or something, then do it. But if you on 2 4 off suit and someone raises it to 5 big blinds, are you really willing to pay 5 big blinds to see if there's a 2 pair or trips on the flop? My home game the blinds are only 25/50 cents, 20 dollar buy ins unlimited rebuys. I always see a flop for 50 cents, and sometimes I'll call out of position and lose that 50 cents to a bet later, but it's 50 cents I'm not to hurt by that. If the blinds were 1/2 dollars, I'm not willing to spend 2 bucks or even 1$ to see if my bad hand hits on the flop.... and their good hand doesn't.

I guess in short form, play weak hands too if you want. Just don't bet weak hands, and don't call with weak hands.
