That moment when ceave beats you at smash ultimate: It was actually surprisingly simple All’s I had to do was input a reverse triple 360 noscope half circle on the c stick while simultaneously pressing y at approximately 12 times a second causing ryu to do a 420 shoryuken which desyncs popo’s pikmin from nana causing the goomba to fly into the game from Mario maker since you are playing as Mario which allows me to do a half circle on the d pad causing ryu to do a fire tatsumaki which then blows up the moon causing a giant tsunami to take over the stage and throw you back into Mario maker where you came from It was surprisingly simple

A little note about boss fights in super mario maker; I think many, many boss fights have interesting ideas and takes on preexisting mecanics but rely way too often on the same concept of trying to kill mario until a timer expires and the boss gives up on life. This is a pretty cool formula but it doesn't really gives the feeling of overcoming a challenge, and most memorable bosses are the ones the player brings down with his own skill, not because the boss forgot to breath for thirty seconds and died, or something like that (well except for the End but don't mind him). My point is, crazy contraptions are useful to create boss battles in mario maker, but often take over the "boss" part of the boss battle. If you want an example of an awesome boss fight which doesn't follow this formula, check Mario against Mecha Bowsilla (I know, it's already pretty famous, but still, there are not many boss fights like this one in the game). ((((And if you have other examples pleaaase tell me))))
