We need to electrify Kenya’s SGR asap! The phase from Naivasha to Malaba is about to start being constructed and they better build it as an electric rail while converting the Mombasa to Naivasha stretch into electric as well! Considering all that budget for building the SGR, if they don’t electrify it then we’ll have been ripped off big time! Especially since Tanzania’s SGR cost way less than Kenya’s yet Tanzania’s is fully electrified and ours is not! What a shame really!
