I'll tell you exactly what I tell ANYONE looking for a strength coach/training program online: Do your due diligence and don't fall for effective marketing. A large subscriber/follower count is no proof of a trainer's ability to produce results. Results is the ONLY thing that matters. Some of the worst "fitness experts" I see online have follower counts in the hundreds of thousands, if not millions, because they are great marketers, not great coaches. I wouldn't let those people train my dog. Questions to ask: 1) Who has he trained? I want to see names, faces and testimonials, not "Coach XYZ works with athletes from NHL, KHL, and European pro leagues". Anyone can write that on their bio. Doesn't mean it's even remotely true. 2) How many National or World Champions has he produced? Again, show me names, faces, testimonials, a proven track record of athletic success. 3) How much can his strongest athletes lift (on video, so everyone can see it's legit)? I want to verify with my own eyes his program works and athletes are getting jacked, not remaining mediocre. If you can't find answers to those, you're dealing with a fraud. Steer clear.
