Great list. A very high bar only possible by the Spirit of God working in a pastor! Seems like they'll have many methods and styles and skillsets but fundamentally rooted in applying the Word for others to grow. And you can know them best by their fruit ... like when 95% of their flock REALLY loves the Lord and they REALLY love the lost and the least and their brothers and sisters and even their enemies. "Teach them to observe" ...otherwise the pastor was not feeding them in the way they actually needed fed ... and should modify their discipleship/teaching/preaching approach.

Highly effective pastor must.... 1. be like John Macarthur Jr. in expositing the Scripture; 2. be like Chuck Swindoll in using biblical illustration & humor; 3. be like John Piper in delivering the sermon with passion; 4. be like Joel Osteen when it comes to charisma; 5. be like Craig Keener's sharpness on theological issues; 6. be like Ronald Reagan in terms of being an excellent communicator; 6. be like Superman that can able to fly in single bound and faster than the speeding bullet, so that when his members need his help, he's available 7/24, 7days a week!

WOW...I now see that this narcissistic relationship/marriage that I’ve been in for the last 15 years in Egypt has been a training ground for Pastoring. The Father knows I have been running for the last 15 plus years of my life. LORD ONLY YOU!!!😌🙏🏽💯🔥💦
