For those of us who probably didn't know the difference: Coconut Water/Juice is just the liquid found inside the coconut. Coconut Milk is made by shredding the meat inside the coconut, boiling it, and straining it. Coconut Oil is made by taking the meat inside the coconut and squeezing it.
