I am a 21 year old girl born and raised a tom boy in northern Alberta Canada. I have not had much practise or desire to be a beautiful young lady but am starting to realize the beauty, and honour we have as women. I really appreciate how your videos are womanly, and how you embrace that and there is no shame, there is no shame in being a women. I have grown up feeling ashamed to be a women at times, and videos like yours are certainly helping to change that. We have to sit down, and separate what the world says a women is, what men say a women should be, and what God has said and made a women to be. My opinion has been changing in regards to what women really are. I am starting to realize a women is one of Gods most beautiful creations he has ever made, if we open our eyes and embrace our full potential. When you have a women who is honourable, has a pure heart before God, and a man who is manly and strong in character before God and you put them together in marriage, I think you have the most beautiful creation God ever made. It was great to hear you mention the Tates. They are indeed dangerous in my opinion to both the pure and vulnerable who might be looking for some type of leader, role model, or example of what a man should be or look like. We must be very wise when choosing our life love. Blessing to you Jasmyne in Jesus Christ!

Thank you for this video! I am dealing with a male acquaintance in my friend group right now with many of these crimson flags you mentioned. He always tries to push my boundaries even though I have made them verbally clear multiple times. I thought I was going crazy, and have been trying to convince myself to keep our friendship as to not disturb the group, but I don’t think it’s healthy to have him in my life anymore. This video helped me make that decision.

I love the "Warps his opinion" point, I feel like it often goes overlooked. Especially younger and less experienced people tend to think that compatibility means having lots in common, but often relationships work out great when the two have differences to balance it all out!! My parents are very different but they are so compatible.
@puerry
@puerry Жыл бұрын
exactly, what matters most is that the most important values and core beliefs are the same. That's a must! But everything else like hobbies, likes, dislikes, even personality can be different, and sometimes people are actually more compatible when their partner is different from them (e.x. feminine vs masculine).

I'm a guy, and I agree with pretty much everything you said in this video. I think the main problem with the Red Pill/Manosphere is something that comedian Andrew Schulz said on the Chris Williamson podcast almost a year ago. He basically says that the Manosphere used to be a light hearted funny space for men to talk about things in their life like dating, marraige, how to improve yourself and then in recent years it got infiltrated by a bunch of unfunny people who took the topics way too seriously, basically to the point where it's now the mirror version of modern day feminism for men. A lot of comedians used to talk about these things in a more light hearted way as a means to connect with other men similar to how women talk about their husbands around their friends, even on the days where you might get on each others nerves, you still love each other. While Modern day Feminism and Manosphere influencers have sort of turned the online space to talk about those issues into this male vs female oppression olympics to try and prove who has it worse instead of using it to try to get men and women to better understand each other. Sorry for the long post.

Noo this is good! These are all my thoughts exactly, I watch Galatea aka The Authentic Observer just like Jasmyne does and she points all this out, it is such a red flag and so toxic for men and women to fall into. This space is one of the few where Godly but sane normal people who aren't crazy woke feminists or cringe red pillers can come together and it reminds me there are still normal people left. Both men and women deal with so much in the world, but with the strength of God we can get through it all

Manipulation and controlling behavior are huge red flags. It's very difficult to deal with this side of someone, esp if they have a tendency to be "hot and cold" ie for some time he's showering you with romance and attention, and on some other days he's being unreasonably... unreadable. You don't understand why he's acting like that and you just feel that he's not being very honest, with himself or with you.

When people act hot & cold with you then you reject any advance they make rather positive or not. When you pick up on their patterns of playing on your emotions then show them nothing but numbness & indifference. Let the pranksters play themselves until they get tired & turn on each other ✌🏿

as a man I have to be honest, I just found out that there's actually a feminine woman trying to help women. much respect to you for doing this. also as a man, I have to agree with these points. these are true. he is not low-value though. he is just lost. the red pill community section is something I disagree with but also agree kind of. it's mostly meant to be about men improving their lives and becoming more masculine which is great. There is one problem with it... lord Jesus isn't mentioned enough which leads men to worship these self improvement KZbinrs who yes give great advice but are not your god or a god in anyway shape of form. you should respect them and just respect them. (for men who may see this) that is the only problem I've personally found with the ''red pill'' everything else is correct what you said jasmyne. praise god.

I would love a video on how to flirt like a lady, and in general, hold conversation when a man is pursuing you. As someone who didn't have a lot of interactions with the opposite sex growing up, I find myself being very timid and self-conscious; especially when I know a man is interested in me. I know a lot of your videos have a marital lens, but I would love if you could broaden it to those of us who are dating. Love you content!

Glad to see this advice being shared. One thing I would add though, many of things she talked about, one will not know all of them, unless you spend time with each other. You will not learn about another person 5 seconds after meeting them. Obviously, if they are giving off a negative vibe that is immediately obvious, then yes you'll know something right away. I see way too many women immediately reject a guy and give him no opportunity to fully reveal himself to her. Spending time does not mean any commitment, it just means spending time and not making a decision about him a few seconds after meeting him.

Granted there is one that I had as a guy and I want to elaborate Not going to church till she convinced me I had a long history with the church to the point where I would just stop going altogether, when I posted my history about it online they sided with the elders and made my story feel insignificant. 1. Elders were aholes (my dad was on the elder board and they would make decisions without him, which led him to withdrawing from the elder board) 2. Sexism (the elders wouldn't recognise my mom whenever she voiced her opinion but would go to the next guy who voiced the exact same opinion and credit them) 3. No relations/gray audience (Hardly anyone is gen z with most being boomers or silent gen making it increasingly difficult to connect and relate with people, despite my dad thinking it's not.) 4. Frequent snoozing (I don't know if it's the temperature or the pastor sounding so boring but I frequently even as an adult found myself struggling to stay awake during my (now late, may God rest his soul) pastor's sermons. Only to be rudely jabbed in the head by fingers or an elbow) 5. Elders don't give a _ (when I was sick my mom would allow me to go back and watch the sermon from the TV or just in general to quarinteen myself away from others. Turns out they have no chill when it comes to people skipping the worship service as they play like turincy officers) When I vented this to my gf she brought to light to not focus on that even though it happened, God will judge them. What is more important is that we build our foundation on God. That's when I started going to church again. She has helped fill a lot in which I feel so indebt to God for.

Some big sister advice as a 20 year old: I’m glad I dated and had some of the bad experiences I did because I learned a lot of hard lessons, but honestly, it’s wise to wait to date until your a bit older. I’ve recently realized I have a lot of personal things to work through and things I want to learn before finding a partner. That’s not to say you can’t grow and improve in a relationship, but singleness is also a huge gift. Use that time wisely. At the same time, though, keep your mind open and pray about your relationship status. The Lord will direct you. Peace be with your spirit 🤍

Dating at 18 will be different than dating in your mid or late 20s. You can certainly take your time. My advice is don’t entertain or date men you know isn’t right. Keep your options open until you find someone who it seems you could have a real relationship with.

I started dating my husband at 16 (he was a year and something older). While he wasn't 'the future partner' back then (didn't see value in marriage etc) I saw a lot of potential and was able to guide him to mature in the right direction. I would look at the relationship of his parents/in his family in general. If those are healthy and working I would be more forgiving with 'modern' flaws. From my experience these people adapt their behaviour once they realize that what they want (because they saw it at home and value it) is not achievable by the way of life society tries to trick you into.
@friedawells6860
@friedawells6860 Жыл бұрын
Honestly, there is a TON of maturing that happens between age 18 and age 22. Unless you meet someone who is truly exceptional, I would say don't date any 18, 19 or 20 year old men. I think it would be good to sort of put dating on the back burner until you're like 21 and develop good habits and virtue in yourself instead (studying scripture, eating healthy/cooking for yourself, exercising regularly, all great stuff to work on at age 18). By 21 or 22 you might also be more ready to seriously date for marriage. Getting into a relationship at 18 with another 18 or 19 year old means a really long courtship where you're going to be really tempted to fornicate, so not ideal :/

Amen to the RP ideology. My spouse has been watching for a while. It’s no different than if I watched Ricki Lake, Jerry Springer, or one of those shows that bashed men all the time. My view on men would be thwarted. Same happens when you watch those dating shows like Kendra G. You’re view becomes thwarted. He called me a feminist. He just told me again that if I have my own point of view then I need to be single. When we have a difference of opinion, he tells me that I’m not on his page. He says I’m never on his page. And it could be over absolutely nothing. A show on KZbin that we watch. Or my opinion about something trivial. I’m a few years older than him and make more, which was fine when we got married. Now it’s an issue for him. After hearing some of the RP content, I think he regrets marrying me to be honest. I think he wishes he had chosen younger and someone who made less. I don’t care about the amount I make and I don’t throw it up with pride. We all live off if both of our incomes. I just don’t know what else to do. I think he’s thinking of leaving me.

I am 17 years old, growing up in a family with very demoralized and a mother operating out of masculinity. She has provided for our family, became the decision-maker, etc etc etc... With that example I grew up hyperindependently, not letting people open doors for me, falling for weaker men with sexual expectations and me behaving like a mother in the forefront. This also caused me to reject my walk with God, identifying myself as agnostic/spiritual in order to mask my faith in a higher being. I think I have not only refined my desires in a relationship, but I have gotten to a point where I can get over my rejection of Christ, allowing me to fully dive into my relationship with God. I want to thank you for your videos because they are providing a great guide for me as I truly unlock my true femininity and my role as one of God's children.

This is a really great video. KZbin needs more creators like you. I would just make one comment on the whole redpill thing as someone who used to be quite redpilled. The reason why men get redpilled in the first place is because they fall into the belief that modern women are these depraved, somewhat evil creatures who will turn to depravity at the drop of a coin. This is obviously not true, but when your feed constantly displays positive reinforcement of this idea (street interviews outside nightclubs in Miami) the truth starts to become warped. Even Tate, the face of the red, does not think all women are hoes- he has said time and time again that he loves women very much, and not only in a sexual manner. I think 'low value men' generally do not understand the nuance. Yes, some depraved women cheat on their boyfriends at the drop of a hat. But there are also many wife quality women out there. The KZbinr Hamza used to be redpilled, and being a 'redpilled' man will involve you optimising your life to appeal to low quality women for casual sex. BUT what the redpill does do very well is help men to level up which will attract wife quality women (although they do it for more casual sex with more attractive women). Just some male insight. Keep up the good work.

Thank you Jasmyne for this insightful video. In all honesty I didn't think about manipulation from a potential partner until now. God truly bless you and your family ever so abundantly for the enormous efforts you take to make femininity such a joy. Although I am inclined to ask; in my tribe, men term marriage as introduction to parents enough ground to term a relationship as a marriage a they prepare to proceed with dowry. In my opinion, marriage was created by God and I wouldn't want to move in with anyone before that happens. My partner supports the tradition while I don't. How would you go about that? And what if he keeps mentioning that the woman's place is in the kitchen?

1 John 1:9 [9]If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1.Simply go before the Lord in prayer, repent of your sexual sin and ask for forgiveness, then ask that he may purify you and restore you to the person he created you to be. DO NOT rely on how you feel: guilt, shame, self-disgust. Rely on God's word, if he says you are forgiven then you are forgiven. The feelings will adjust with time. 2. Spend quality time with God in prayer and Bible reading daily, start slow, with time your desire for daily devotion will grow and you will look forward to that time with Christ daily 😊 3. It helps to confess your sin to an older or more mature believer that you can trust. One who can pray for you and give you wise godly counsel. 4. Be patient, some sins are quite entangling and some of us may fall again and again before we find freedom. Take each fall as a lesson, study what led you to compromise, repent and keep moving. Keep your focus on Christ, getting to know Him more and spending more time with Him. He'll do the rest. You will find the deliverance you seek in Him.

Hi! I have some questions (peacefully, in a curious way). You mentioned with the red pill that they are dominating, aren't men supposed to be the dominant ones in masculine/feminine relationship? Along sexual self control, do feminine non religious women also have to have sexual control all the time in regards of self pleasure?
@JasmyneTheodora
@JasmyneTheodora Жыл бұрын
And as for “dominance”… you shouldn’t feel dominated by your husband in your marriage. You should feel lovingly led by him. There’s a pretty big difference. As for sexual self-pleasure, as a Christian, I believe it to be a sin in all cases.

@@JasmyneTheodoraEven if these are childhood friends? I mean I’m a man with some male and female (but mostly male) friends which are like family for me. Which I know since ages and where I have no sexual interest whatsoever. For me it would be frightening to dump these people just for the jealousy of another person. I also wouldn’t dump my sister for that reason. If one truly loves his neighbour, then one never focusses on the body of strangers, because one also wouldn’t do that within his o her own family. So if your potential partner truly loves his neighbour as Jesus did, this shouldn’t be a problem. For me it would be a red flag if my potential partner is so insecure in me, because I think that’s a sign that (in my case she) is struggling with exactly this problem.
@JasmyneTheodora
@JasmyneTheodora 11 ай бұрын
There’s of course nuance involved with every “red flag”. Perhaps childhood friends would be fine but I’d personally take issue with my husband going out to dinner.. getting coffee.. hanging out alone a lot.. with a female friend. Also considering my husband and I were once “friends” and met in highschool. Haha.

The only potential problem with your list is the fact of most women, in Orthodoxy at least, are freakishly scared of commitment. Maybe I've just not been around the right girls, but the ones I've run into are scared. I only date with an interest in marriage after getting to know the girl well enough that I feel she would be a good wife. But so many girls seem incapable of commitment. Coming from places of trauma, some of them, but otherwise...I mean to say, wat.

For me the red pill is about awareness of the nature of women and what can happen if you wind up connected with the wrong one. Despite now having a much greater understanding of the contentiousness I’ve been subject to in my 37 year marriage I am determined to hold it together through pursuing God’s will and guidance from scripture and also in fellowship with other Christians. The red pill has served to keep me from thinking there is someone better for me out there. Not all red pilled men are pickup artists. And if I am ever in the market again I will be looking for a Proverbs 31 woman, whose life demonstrates the fruits of the spirit and the essence of love as defined in 1 Cor 13.
