@@worthiestsun There are many local(ish) brands of acv with the mother of vinegar. With the rise of kombucha, there are even more options. I’ve used many kombucha bottle dregs the same way I’d used acv when that was the main option. Before I have up dairy, I’d use plain yogurt, too. Bragg’s isn’t the only option out there. Whole Foods has a store brand, I get Big B’s in Colorado. Just look for the mother, and no pasteurization, and you can keep that alive in a different jar by feeding it some fresh apple juice/cider.

Sonya🍑 I appreciate you sharing this and I appreciate you choosing to be here . unfortunately I don’t recommend coconut oil on the face. Coconut and its natural state is very thick and will clog pores, that are really hair follicles. However, if it’s working for you, that is all that matters, Sonya. At 81 we will listen. Have a blessed and beautiful evening 🧡🙌🏻🍑Lisa

Coconut oil as well as castor oil ( thick oils) have to be thinned down with a carrier oil...i.e., sweet almond oil. The thinner the better. Perhaps I thought others knew about thinning down the oil. Guess I was wrong ! Never too old to learn. I'm the first one to admit it. I love ❤️ learning. Keeps my brain active...LOL Thank you for your reply. Very sweet of you. Love your channel’s content. I am a naturalist myself so much so that I have a problem taking medicine except when it’s really necessary. I am going to turn 59 on January 24. I have great skin I inherited it from my mom and I took good care of it from my 20s, the problem now which came out of nowhere I started getting eczema. I have no idea where it’s coming from. The only thing I can think of was being Italian drinking red wine and cheese. I have cut that out of my diet except for special occasions I’m still getting flareups as a matter of fact I just got a really bad one and I think it’s a new laundry detergent. Again, the stuff is tough because it’s hard to find the root cause, I went to the doctor and he wanted to give me steroids and I refused for 10 days. I had an eczema rash which is now gone away but my eyes are completely swollen and pink. I have eyelid eczema I have put coconut oil, aloe from my aloe plant Cetaphil and some essential oil it’s going down but then sometimes I feel like nothings working. I eat clean exercise six days a week and drink a ton of water. I get 7 hours of sleep a night… I’ve never had any injectables or any invasive things done. Last year I had a mouth infection that I was going to need a root canal and had to go on antibiotics and then I had a cuticle that got infected and took antibiotics. I know that that reeks havoc on your gut health and I just wonder if this introduced problems in my skin. Any feedback is appreciated I just subscribe to your channel. Thank you for all your content 😊

I have worked on revamping my skin care routine because I felt I was stripping my skin of it's natural oils. I am 48 and hit early menopause in my 30's and the needs of my skin have changed drastically. I have normal to dry skin and I love baking soda but I fear using ACV or MOM would make my skin too dry. I love a good cream and I also love rose hip seed oil, not at the same time time of course, lol. I just feel my skin is craving the moisture. I am wondering if ACV or MOM would work against me. So many products on the market these days are for oil control and it's tough when you don't have an oil problem, lol. What products in your Peach line would you recommend for skin that may be on the dryer side? You look absolutely stunning! I can only hope I can look half as good when I hit my fifties!
@PeachesSkinCare3 жыл бұрын
Glass🧡 Good Morning ☀️ First I do not believe in anything but normal skin. It is what you do to it daily and weekly and monthly that changes it. Bad products, a thick callous layer ( typically why people think they have dry skin, it’s to thick and oils can’t get through) foundation and concealer and bad sunscreen! I say this a lot in my videos. When I recommend something please know it has over 36 years of results behind it. Also hundreds of thousands of clients 🙌🏻 🍑Acv - kills bacteria and fungus naturally. Both can make the skin feel off and not subtle and smooth or hydrated. No it will not dry you. Dilute it a bit with water 🙌🏻🍑 🍑MOM- locks moisture in and is anti inflammatory and anti aging. The famous lady I learned about it from is almost 78 and looks AMAZING! I swear it is why I don’t have wrinkles. It also helps the skin do it’s job at night by helping to pull impurities out and lock in your moisture and serums. It is also incredibly healing. 🍑 as for what Products- all of them work to give you flawless and beautiful skin. I do not make three cleansers or moisturizer because it is not needed and a money grab from beauty companies. Does this all help and make sense? You can also contact me personally for a consult Lisa@peachesskincare.com 🙌🏻🧡🍑Lisa

Heidi🧡 If you watch you will find that I believe everyone has normal skin, it is what you do to your skin daily, weekly and monthly that changes it. this has served me well for almost 40 years. It’s more likely that you do not have dry mature skin, but healthy, beautiful skin that is under a thicker callous or old tissue. I help you to remove that naturally and bring up new healthy beautiful skin. I hope that makes sense? I will be here for you 100% every step of the way. Have a blessed and beautiful holiday Heidi🙌🏻🍑🧡Lisa

Hello again, I feel I have so many questions. 😅 I’m curious what you’d recommend for little red veins around the sides of the outer nostril in the crevice? Hopefully that makes sense. My nose is always a little red around the crevices because of veins that I’m sure have been aggravated or damaged over the years. I haven’t been successful in finding anything that really helps so I usually cover them with concealer. Perhaps it’s too late and damage is done?🤷♀️
@PeachesSkinCare10 ай бұрын
Stephanie🧡 Good morning 🌞 It is never too late! Many times the redness around your nose can be active fungus. We have natural fungus and bacteria always on our skin and it is when we leave an opening for that we have an issue. This can be from bad skin care products,bad sunscreen and foundation and concealer. It can also mean that the skin is overworking , and that the callous layer ( old tissue, and years of damage )is thick. What I teach removes that Callous layer gently and brings up new tissue. I also have simple tricks like apple cider vinegar and Monistat 7. However, I do believe changing your routine is very important to having healthy skin. I have several videos about fungus can also reach out to me at lisa@peachesskincare.com or info@peachesskincare.com I hope this helped? Have a wonderful week Stephanie.🙌🏼🍑🧡Lisa

@@PeachesSkinCare thank you again! Yes, this is very helpful and I’ll look up the fungus videos if I can or maybe I can send pics of the specific area? I appreciate you being kind and choosing to be here. I don’t know where you read that or heard that information? However, I have been a holistic mistress aesthetician for almost 40 years. I say that so that you know that I’ve helped hundreds and hundreds of thousands of clients in my seven salons and I can tell you milk of magnesia is good for all skin. The reason is we all have normal skin and it is what we do to our skin daily, weekly and monthly that changes it. This is typically bad skin care products, bad sunscreen, or foundation and concealer, even the water in your home. My clients have incredible results when they wear Milk of magnesia to bed at night. At night is when our body heals itself it is when the body purges out impurities through many of the organs, including the largest organ of the body the skin. Milk of magnesia helps to draw that out of all of the pores that are really hair, follicles. Milk of magnesia is anti inflammatory and healing. I hope this encouraged you.🧡🍑🙌🏻Lisa

It is simply magnesium, and it was something I worried about for a minute. However after discussing it with several chemist and physicians and pharmacist I have come to realize it is absolutely safe and it is a product that people drink. I hope this encouraged you have a lovely week Jessica 🙌🏼🧡🍑Lisa

Claudia, Good Morning ☀️ Are you asking if Acv and Milk of Magnesia help? Acv is for your gut health and preventing bacterial and fungal issues. MoM is also to prevent break out but YES I believe after using it and having my clients use it for 3 decades that it prevents wrinkles. I wear it to bed each night. You can mask with MOM at anytime however, but I feel overnight is key. I hope this helped 🧡🙌🏻🍑Lisa

Hi I’m a recent new peach goer. My Kroger MoM does have sodium hypochlorite in the inactive ingredients and I’m a little concerned. Can we clarify if that’s safe?

TK 🧡 Welcome! In my more recent videos I let you know it is absolutely fine. I have checked this with pharmacist and a few physician friends. They reminded me it is A very tiny amount used as a preservative and people do drink this. All good to go🙌🏻 Here if you need me TK🍑🧡🙌🏻Lisa

Apple cider vinegar is so close to alcohol. There’s no need to ingest it in such a wild way. Just make a nice salad dressing with it using olive oil and pour it on a daily salad. Or simply take shots of lemon juice instead of the vinegar, way more gentle and healing to your lever and body.

Bell🍑 Good morning. ☀️ They are not the same at all. Apple cider vinegar helps with so many things. Skin, gut health, ailments. You can dilute it in water and drink it down. Or take gummies or pills. The benefits are really outstanding . I have had my clients use it ACV for decades. I appreciate you choosing to be here today. Have a lovely weekend. 🙌🏼🍑🧡Lisa

Hi! I wanted to let y'all know that I have hunted high and low for MOM without the sodium hydrochlorite. Apparently Good Sense, Kroger and CVS now list it as an additional ingredient on the opposite side of the bottle. 😢

Dolores 🧡 This video is a few years old and at the top I have a comment that says not to worry about that ingredient. I also say this in many of my videos. I have used this for almost 4 decades, and after talking with pharmacist, chemist, and physicians, they all agree. It is nothing to worry about. A very minimal amount is used to balance the product. Remember, this is something people drink . I hope this gave you comfort to try it and I appreciate you being here. Have a happy holiday week Dolores 🙌🏻🍑🧡Lis

Christine Good morning ☀️ The more I’m learning and talking to physicians the more I’m not worried about it. If you find one without thats great but if not I feel that’s alright as well. Mine had it too. 🍑Lisa
