13:15 Oh, Monster Hunter fans know this pain: They call it the Desire Sensor. Either you get what you're looking for immediately, or you never get it at all. My last 7DtD session, I was at 33% infection on night 7 because I couldn't find any honey or antibiotics no matter how many stumps I harvested or how many medical supplies I looted. It got really frustrating.

Harvesting honey from a stump is only a meagre 5% chance. I suffered the pain you did too. In future playthroughs, if I get infected, I just raise enough coin to buy antibiotics from the trader as he usually has one or two for the first few days.

Adjacent to the HNN Bank building there is the Zillion Tower where my current base is, I opened up the top 2 floors for a penthouse, built a helipad on the roof. On floor 3 is where my horde setup is with an outside ramp leading up. There's an elevator shaft that I take a ladder down into a mine. It's a fun base, it was mostly empty of zeds when I cleared it out but I love that buildings that complex exist just out in the cities. The view is nice.

I have never worried about putting points into anything just to get extra books because once you max out lucky looter you will get more books than you need and will either have to sell them or like I do just read them to get them out of my inventory while getting a small amount of xp.

My last playthrough on 1.0, it took till day 30 or 35 to find the final archery book to make steel arrows and bolts. I had all my points into archery. I had 6 of 7 and it took forever to find that last one. The game really likes to tease us 😂😂

I found out that when you take the roof of a building. The screamer will spawn on the first floor even with a land claim. I had a garage below me. two rows of spikes around it. She would almost always spawn behind the spikes in the garage. I even sealed the oil pit and two popped in at one time. So I covered the floor with spikes and that made them spawn outside. It was just the burnt biome near Jen.

What I have noticed (in reference to the Zero Skull Poi bank) the skull rating will determine what trader tier you can recieve that POI for a quest. The only reason I noticed this on PreGen8K3 there is a small level 0 "Jiffy Lube/Oil Changers" garage smacked in between two Level three POIs. I never placed down my claim block (I know Risky) through my first 18 days I never recieved the Jiffy Lube as a Quest while getting my Bike (tier one) and have yet to recieve it. I have since Placed my Land Claim but more so to stop the three Zombies from spawning back in when I go to the other Trader Rekt. I have however recieved the Three Skull POIs as quest a few times now.

I am relative new to the game (around 50 hours ingame right now) but I have to say: What an awesome game this one is. It has all you can wish for. Before this I played a lot of State of Decay 2 (around 1.500 hours) and I think that 7days2die is much harder than SOD 2. It really is. At least fo me. I hope in the updates to come there will be an option to hire mecernaries or something like this. I saw in the roadmap for the next updates that the developers will implement "Bandits" to the game at some point so in the future we will have humans like us roaming the street apparently. That is really good news imo. So maybe in the future we will have friendly enclaves like in SOD 2 or the option to befriend NPCs and take them with us out on the street, fighting together against the zets. I know you can do that in multiplayer with your buddies, but hiring NPCs would be fun too.

Mute the drone and add multiple mods, you're missing out. You can also make it stay in a spot, out of the way. Give it the medical mod and add bandages. It will auto heal you. Helps during a rough blood moon.

Hey Glock, I can tell you with certainty that using just timed charges to unlock the police cars blows it sky high. On another note, if you get the Treasure Hunter Mod for your helmet relatively early, I wound up getting really lucky with a cop car and found a level 1 pump action on day 9, that was a great day.

My favorite mods got updated for 1.0: Izayo's weapon packs with M1 Garand and .45, StopFuelWaste and my new favorite, Rad BMX which turns the bike into an e-bike. Been trying out all the new Tier V missions and in the Wasteland they're a hoot. Vanity Tower in particular was a blast. This series is one of my favorites, you're crushing it with the quips and one-liners in true Glock fashion. If you get bored or burned out, I think a 1.0 House Flipper series might be a nice change of pace, so many new POIs to choose from.

You can have infinite water, if you want to built a swimming pool, or surround the base with a water pit, etc... Just make 10 buckets and put a stack of 10 in any slot, then fill it in any water source. Now, empty the action bar and split the full bucket stack, one in each slot, and you will have 10 full buckets. Choose a place for your pool, fill with the water, put the buckets in one stack again and repeat the process.
