Another great episode 👍 I don't always comment but I'm always watching. You need a nice robotic sledge at the top of your stairs to knock the zombies off as they come running up. It should help give you that extra reload time, and at the very least, it's kind of funny lol

That was a very good showing. Damage is negligible and quick to repair. That finally gives you time to get other things done.

Yeah, the reason the first block was gone so quickly was, they kept piling up, hanging on the ladders and had the damage bonus going. If they group up in one spot their block damage multiplies. For a brief moment I thought you're toast but well fought young knight, well fought! Cheers. 🙂

I didnt know about any group damage multiplier but that would explain a lot! I thought I was toast too lol, and those doubled ladders are definitely going!

@Thinchap yeah, and instead of the top pole, there's a trim block, like triangular shaped, that also prevents crawl-ins. That would give you more space for better head swings on the bigger guys like Moe, Boe and the wights since you need to hit them pretty high on the heads. 🙂 Or an even better option are the 0.5 or 0.25 double round poles. Vertically or horizontally, what you like better.

@@Thinchap actually, there's a bunch of usable blocks in the trim section. Door trims, window trims, they all work. Just pick the one you like most. 🙂

Love the videos my man! Just a quick FYI - I believe one of the first priorities of the dead heads pathing is to get to your elevation level. I'm thinking that if you removed the stairs at the bottom and replaced with a broken ladder they would all path up your tower design.

I usually pop all the hydro transformers. You get 1 - 3 steel per transformer and very rarely get skunked. You'll find more of these in the neighbourhoods than streelights.

@@BeNiceToday2 Round green canisters up on the hydro poles. They're a little smaller than the size of a building block. Once you start looking for them, you'll see it.

@@BeNiceToday2 You must forgive me. I am Canadian and live 40 minutes from Niagara Falls where there is a large hydro-electric facility. We've always called electricity hydro. Lines down? Call Hydro. Electric poles is probably what the rest of the world calls them and electrical transformers.

Told you so lol , once something breaks they go the alternative path. A iron or steel locked door makes them target weaker blocks

Nothing was broken on the path to the fighting position, though, and there shouldn't have been any reason for them to bust past the door as there was no viable path to me that way. It doesn't matter. They're a bit broken when it comes to pathing, and I will adjust accordingly :)

Nice job, I could hear the panic in your voice in the beginning of the hoard. I definitely think you would benefit from the Pole side centered pyramid, it stops them from building up right against the ladders. Replace that last pole leading to your fighting position. 😊

You should knock out the two centred scaffolding ladders and replace with a iron hatch at the bottom and double scaffolding bars vertically at the top it’s a strong defence and you can upgrade the hatch to steel to make it stronger it also serves as another easy place to enter your base just close the hatch and walk in and out 👌🏻

If you 'Nerd Pole up' to the street lights you can wrench them for Steel. Yes it is a little slow but how much Steel do you have Now? That's what I thought... lol I can't believe that they destroyed ALL of those iron spikes at the bottom but I am a big fan of the spikes all around the outside of your fighting window. And the sooner you concrete those bars the better although that thought about climbing for steel sounds even better right about now. Also if you wanted to back of on the advancement of the difficulty in any way for just a bit, Well I know that I would not judge you for it. Yes I know that some people play that kind of level all the time but I am not one of those people and I am not going to look down on someone else if that is what they want to do. If you don't pay your Exorcist do you get repossessed?

The zombies have 2 possibilities of pathing to you at any time based on how the AI works. Either they will take the path of least resistance, or they will destroy whatever is around you to bring YOU to them, so they will take down the building to make you fall to them.

One hell of a run there. I thought for sure with the episode title and the horde stacking at the beginning meant lights out! But no! Great job and episode. With the very little damage taken you have plenty of time for more important things, like hunting strays at 6pm instead of questing 😅. 7.62 ammo and traps would be my personal priority. 🫡
