Always seeing double rageblade Kayles... "yawn". Seems something could change there so that isnt bis and everyone builds it. Make rageblade unique, other items have had it done to them. The stacking attack speed is fun sure, but you only need one to do it.

I'm not a fan of your suggested fix tbh. I feel like if they were to go that route, then sooner or later there'd be only 2 kinds of items: unique and suboptimal.

Nah, being able to stack items gives players the ability to do some wacky shit. If you think people building the same 3 items on a champ is an issue now, it's going to get 1000% worse by making them unique. That pretty much just cements BIS for all units.
