Sir apka video follow krke bhut improved kiya Hun. mai 10km phle complete vi nhi kr pta th.aaj first time 10km 59.26 me complete kiya hun bhut accha feel ho rha hi . 4 month se bas bina matlab ka 4-6 km running krke aa jta th ground se. But 2 month se drill and repeatation vi krne lga.bhut jyda improvement aa gya ! Ab dhere dhere aur improvement krna hi. Thank u sir itna knowledge video share krne ke liye eyse hi share krte rhiye ❤

@@atulkumargupta2138 week me ek din 10 km ke upper running krna 12-13 km ekdam slow pace me! Speed se koi lena dena nhi bas jyse vi complete kro! Aur week me din repetition Lagao sir ke channel me videos mil jyga repetition ka! Ek din running ke sath sath drill vi karna isse bhut help milega Ek din slow speed run karana! Week me ek baar trail run jarur dena isse pta chlega kitna time aa rha hi aur kitna improvement krna hi! Most important-(Aur apna running ko track krte rahna )strava app me. Sab chiz sir ka videos me mil jyga bus regular rho aur thora time do ho jyga!❤️

Nahi aap galat hai sir nahi । Sirf golu fail hua vo bhi isliye क्योंकि कोई भी एक महीने में आर्मी की रनिंग नही निकाल सकता फिर भी उसका टाइम 5:47 आया था । और वहां टाइम कम आना था पर उसके छाती में दर्द के वजह से निकाल नही पाया और एक महीने में निकालना आसान भी नहीं है
