We did buy cilantro the other day and it came with all the roots attached. So I said to my husband we should try to plant these since we had a left over empty plant pot. And it is already growing new fluffy leaves. I am so proud!

I love that you don‘t only talk about how to plant the vegetables and herbs, but also how to use them in recipes and how good they are for your body. And a HUGE thank you for not telling this detox bs, your comment about the liver is 100% true! As a med student, I stop to belive people who give dietary advice as soon as they support anything detox-related. In Europe, where I‘m from, there are laws against advertising a product with the word ‚detox‘, but so many brands either don‘t care or find ways to advertise as detox without using the word. And sadly, so many influencer advertise these products and thereby discredit themselves in my opinion.

Hi Rachel Love this video I saved it to watch over since I’m starting a herb garden of my own I would love to have some lemon trees had some in Puerto Rico when I was growing up We had lettuce, tomato, beans and pumpkin s. Fun times! Thx for this. I enjoy your channel. Been a fan for awhile. Keep them coming! See you soon

Love this :) I currently have celery (an idea I got from one of your older videos!) red pepper and tomato growing, I did have green onion but I didn’t use it enough nor did it stay happy too long. Also basil, but it died dramatically on me lol!

I tried to grow spring onions too but they ended up really stinky and gross. Instead, I have been cutting them fresh and then freezing them! Since they are so thin they defrost quite quickly when cooking or using as a garnish on hot food 😊

Nothing worked this year 😂 I tried strawberries, celery, peppers beans, peas, salad greens;even the herbs my friend passed on died! Sometimes it's like that though. I will try again outside next year and might try some spring onions and celery again inside. I also think a little lemon tree would be a great addition to our home. Thanks for the tips! Xx

we have guayaba tree (Eng: guava) for 4/5 years. It makes dozens upon dozens of fruit...we hand off to neighbors. And local sweet orange tree type for a few years less, about 3? This year we have about two dozen oranges growing...not ready for harvest, yet. We started out with red/purple grapes about the same time as the guayaba tree...only one purple remains. Termites attacked 3 out of 4 plants, in the ground. So next round will need to be in pots/ squares they can't get into.

also....we attempt growing of verdolagas on our wire fencing between us and the neighbors..the neighbors keep ripping it out, despite education and repeated asks not to touch our greens!
