Not the only place. 7 eleven here in the US is just as good. Some places like in Texas serve breakfast tacos that are legit. Or in the Midwest/south some stations serve fried chicken and wedges. I would trust and encourage others to try the food from Bucees. On the east coast they got good subs you can make. We also got freal machines at any station I been to in the US. It’s really not that different they just have a different diet

Im an imported Japanese🇯🇵 There's not much difference between the nutrition labels in the US and Japan. cal and kcal is interchangeable. The chicken bar was one of my favorite post-workout snacks when I was back in Japan! They mainly use grams and milliliters for serving sizes-that's the only difference, I guess. The nutrition facts for the chicken bar are Protein 12.2g and Fat 1.2g, which 48.8 cal from protein and 10.8 cal from fat, so the total calorie count is around 60! You're one of the most inspiring ladies in the gym community, and I enjoy watching your videos and learning from them as well. Keep it up, Patty!

Kcals are just the abbreviation for calories. Most serving sizes on international nutrition labels are based on 100 g servings, so you always have to look elsewhere on the label to see what the weight of the full package is. Great video. Hope to see more of you in Japan and worldwide!

On food labels they're used interchangeable and are the same amount of energy.
@helpfulcommenter7 ай бұрын
@@_Matthias_0815 Ehhhhh.........You're wrong, though sorta right, but on a technicality. Kcal = Calorie in how we use Calorie on food packaging in the USA. Kcal is accurately, as you say 1000 calories. HOWEVER when we say "Calorie" on food packaging in the USA, it refers to, in actuality, behind the scenes, and in reality, a Kcal (calorie x 1000) because an actual calorie is so small of a measurement and if they put actual CALORIEs the amount of zeros would terrify everyone and nobody would eat a thing. So in effect they're the same exact thing in reality. They indicate the same amount of potential energy in the food. They just leave the "K" off in USA.
