if you need to use up the cacao powder you can make hot chocolate with it, it's so much better than the kind that comes in packets, just mix a lil spoonful with a little sugar and a pinch of salt at the bottom of a mug and pour hot milk over it. maybe add a teensy bit of vanilla or peppermint extract, or throw in some other spices if you're feeling crazy. experiment until you find the ratio you like. it's so much better than the prepackaged version and just as easy, you'll never go back

Okay hear me out. Best lean pizza for when you’re cutting (simple edition) : 7 ounces of ground chicken breast 1 whole egg Grated mozzarella (healthy option) Bbq sauce Any topping you like (i like red onion (test booster)) 1. Preheat the oven to 400 f 2. Mix the ground chicken with the egg until smooth 3. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet into a pizza form 4. Bake for 15 minutes or until fully cooked (maybe less maybe more) 5. Take out of the oven put some bbq sauce, mozzarella & toppings on that bitch and bake again until the cheese melts. 6. Enjoy

Excellent recipes, keep the content flowing Tip - you can make the brownies the same way as the balls using dates, nut butter of choice, protein powder, baking powder and flour (oat, coconut or almond). I make them is massive batches and eat them for snacks between meals, the dates really help give it that classic brownie consistency.

Nice tips! Used to make similar raw balls, but my mug brownie was also not the best. Tip! Vanille protein pancakes! Just use the eggs, some vanille protein poewder, bit of oat fluor, vanille extract maybe, datle syrup for sweetness, tiny minnie pinch of salt, i love to add a bit of cinnamon, and a tiny spoon of lemon juice. Mix it, bake it on pan, enjoy! +If as I usually make it thick not slim like normal pancakes, if you put a glass cover on top for 10-15 seconds it will lift a bit. :D

(i do miss pat's kitchen in the old kitchen tho) - also that counter is so tall!! (at least for me) we're about the same height and the average home counter in my country is probably 2 inches lower? sometimes i see you use machines that are way too large/tall and i wish i could transport you here to use our machines, bc we're slightly taller than average height for women in my region so the machines here are smaller 😭 - the editing for this is great btw. another fun little video to combat my monday morning blues.. thank you and see you in the next episde! 🌈

if you wait til your banana's are a little spotty, the fruit will be sweeter/mush easier. if it's still super firm, it's basically not ripe yet (if you're impatient, putting the nanas in a brown paper bag will make them ripen faster --adding an apple along with the nanas will make 'em ripen even faster --they get gassy together)
