I started applying this kind of diet sir 24 years ago when i discovered through an x ray and by my doctor said, they saw something in my liver. Its really hurt sir. The same as what doctor ong has experienced. Now i am totally healed. I avoid proteinous foods and drinks but keep doing hard works.God Bless....

Boost turmeric benefits with black pepper. Don't avoid red meat. Meat is a life saver. But do avoid sugar and carbohydrates as much as possible.

As someone who is into healthy eating, knowledgeable in nutrition, exercising, metabolic effects of food, I would say "complex" carbohydrates are much better. But, again, some social media can be misleading or inaccurate about carbohydrates.

I have turmeric powder but it also has ginger,cinnamon,cloves,black pepper and cardamom mixed with it. Are any of these a concern
