I can categorically assure anyone watching this video that EVERYTHING you have stated about the foods and nutrients mentioned is absolutely correct. I am a 75 year-old man and I eat all the foods, nuts and seeds you spoke of except fatty salmon, as I'm a vegetarian. Believe me, anyone who regularly consumes these foods and nutrients will unquestionably see a great improvement in their overall health. I guarantee it.

I am helping my 93 year old Dad with dementia. One thing I learned is that he had been on antacids for 35 years for an ulcer and acid reflux. He had his gallbladder out before that. I am saying this because antacids and certain medications block certain important nutrients from being absorbed and depletes what vitamins have already been stored. We have taken him off of it and started him on carrot juice, aloe Vera juice, tumeric tea, coconut oil, collagen, B100, magnesium, D3 and multivitamin. Combined with therapeutic massage and exercise as well as exercise for his brain. He is slowly making improvements. So no matter what age it’s never too late to try. Stop taking antacids!

3:23 Cooked broccoli? I have done some research finding that if you cook or boil the broccoli it will destroy a lot of the properties which are beneficial to your health. I now only steam my broccoli for about 4-5 minutes and this way you are sure to get all the goodies!

I seen a nutritionist share on KZbin that cutting your broccoli 🥦 and letting it sit for 40 minutes will allow those nutrients to pare together resulting in it not losing its potency while cooking. God is absolutely good! Her channel is Ask Debbie about hair….she’s well versed!

I add chopped walnuts, fresh apple/chopped and dried sweetened craisins (cranberries) to my chicken salad and tuna salad. I use Star Kist Albacore tuna in water and use canned chicken breast to make these. Then one piece of multiwhole grain bread. Lots of Omega 3's. Or I eat it on salad.

Research the mercury content of various fish. Tuna is high on food chain and has higher mercury content. Mercury contributes to dementia. Revise diet to lower mercury exposure.
