I have cramps so bad at times until I blackout for hours without realizing it. The pain is so excruciating until I'm on the floor rolling around. For all of you on here with bad period cramps please please please try this!! Eat Brazil nuts or something high in magnesium every day. Make sure when you’re a week away from your period that you take in more magnesium. It helped me so but I cried because I wish I would’ve known sooner. You can take magnesium supplements but I prefer to eat foods high in magnesium instead. Also if you eat Brazil nuts ( or whatever it is if your choice that’s has a lot of magnesium) eat them before bed it helps you sleep. Magnesium relaxes your muscles. @@Pancake_Dragons no no, dw, here are some tips: - drink lots of water so u dont get an infection like i did - rest well - do yoga - eat healthy - change ur pads/ tampons on time! (Also i reccomend using pads, they dont give u as much trouble, but whatever ur comfortable with!)

For me, eating yogurt -- helps me a lot. Drinking warm water or ginger tea, warm bottle to my stomach, few walks and light exercise -- really help ease the pain. 🌺

Yup, that’s why I buy dark chocolate covered almonds THEY WORK WONDERRSSSS! My pain was so bad and I arte like two dark chocolate cover almonds and the pain reduced ALOT! Even went away for a few minutes😄😄😁

@@John-b8n4z what foods do not raise estrogen levels are fresh organ meats such as chicken liver, cow liver, fresh meats mainly. Vegetables have a defense system which irritates the gut and when gut is irritated it does not absorb the essential minerals to help you balance your hormones. Which is why the carnivore diet has been growing in popularity but I will say you need to understand what you feed animals is very important so animals are happy too. Meat does not have any way to attack the gut which means you will be less campy, irritated and gassy granted you get fresh produce and produce that does not produce attacking elements to your gut you should be able to absorb minerals much better. There is so much to learn I can not put it all here maybe I will make a video later but I have been on carnivore and my cramps are now almost not a problem for me and i used to be bed bound for a few days. I learned to love my periods now and I realized that not all information out there is doing me good but I have been enjoying carnivore with some vegetables that i have been self testing and eliminating once in a while.

Hie , i have very bad cramps , i vomit everything i eat the first 2 days , i feel dizzy - i sweat a lot . So basically very bad . Do u have any suggestions for me ? Let me know if anything can help ( I'm desperate , i feel like I'll die next time i get my periods )

Two days feverish and cold intensifies like allergens 😴😪 not wellness ,, problem s cold 🥶 And also had back pain, leg pain 😞 with shoulder pain ,, I taken dolo650 for some relief But household works with stress feelings so uneasy ,, kept vicks also,, mild headache Today i had 🍫🍬,, but pain' is therefore shortage for hungry like sour taste,, pain increases What precautions if it's again to followup?! Rare i feel like this started off 😞 hunger thirst so

Oh please. THIS VIDEO 🙄. CHOCOLATE MUST BE THE PURE CACAO, UNSWEETENED, DARK CHOCOLATE. Yeah it's bitter but it sure works not only for menstrual cramps but also for headache. I drink instead of eat. 40 grams (6 pc. cubes).

Thank you! I’m on my 1st period right now and I’m going to have breakfast! I’ll have some mashed bananas with nuts and herbal tea but please note that dairy products like yogurt, milk etc are not good for periods!!

I was okay on the first day I started to feel pain yesterday in the afternoon and today it's worst I am already at the third day and they usually Last 4 days but I guess that it's going to be for 5 or 7 days T_T

IMPORTANT : Never eat chocolate on your period!! It makes it worse!! The reason people eat chocolate on their period is because of their sweet tooth. ALSO tea isn't very good for you either. Unless it's ginger tea.

I thought women were supposed to avoid dairy during menstrual cycles? I read that dairy increases progesterones which increases pain. I do notice my cramps are worse when I have dairy.
