The few seconds when the cramp just go away it feels like feeling of heaven on earth🙂 but...when it comes back with another wave it feels like I'm in hell and I feel irritated with whatever goes around.Especially I feel like I'm dying when we have to stand after every hour to wish the teacher in school and sitting straight with that killing cramps.Hats off to us who bear this pain every month

It just makes me want to throw up. Wow. Herbs she says I take.... I ran out of them this month. Probably why feels worse. I drank ginger beer first thing in morning. The body knows what's right I lie like that naturally (the yoga poses) Makes common sense Thankyou

Take 2 teaspoons of fennel seeds that is saunf..Add it to 1 glass of water boil the water until it turns into half a glass. drink this..you see magic In Just 20 minutes

It's been 8 hours since I'm bearing this bad cramps and back pain..... It feels like my whole day got wasted by doing nothing , just lying on bed and I really miss my those earlier years of period when I had no pain..... Now it's not easy to survive 1st day of period

Dear girls .... Be strong , and don't forget the pain you are suffering now after 4-5 days after your periods gone .Do yoga , avoid junk foods , drink more water so that next time you don't have to suffer from same ✅

When I did that it wasn't nearly as bad. Now that I've drank some soda here n there it's gotten worse. Seems like cold drinks make it worse too. Warm lemon water or tea wh ginger, lemon and cinnamon helped.

@@nandinisureka9485 sorry but 1 percentage of women have such pain which has no cure!!im one!!I went to several hospitals and there was nothing wrong with me!!most of the doctors told me that I will be okay when I know a man or when I give birth 😂😂😂they told me that only 1%of women that have such pain!!they suffered like women whom are at labour 😢no medicine works for me!!I cry everyday for 4day and keep on vomiting!!no food or water stay in my stomach!!!

​@mariam kamil have to tried light physical activities? I noticed that when I lie on bed my intensity of this unbearable pain increases at sharp level but when I walk around or doing some light physical activities I forget about the pain.

I don't know who need to hear this but every women are warrior suffering this pain. We can't understand your pain and no world can be help full for you in this period but you are too much strong than this pain. And we proud of you that you suffer that pain that we don't even know.😢

True, but humans have the most complicated menstruated cycle bcz the human foetus needs easy nutrition immediately and that’s why our uterus keeps the blood lining ready for it even before ovulation.

I know women who miss school, college, work due to extreme vomitting, pain, cramps, clots, heavy bleeding, palpitations, breathlessness, heaviness in legs, backache, sleeplessness, indigestion, constipation or diarrhea during periods. They are irritable and unable to sleep or eat or even drink water properly and feel weak even after periods are over. No medicine helps them. They get more pain if they try to exercise or exert physically too much

When i am in periods, i had to take bedrest for 2-3 days..... And i can't even eat anything for 1-2 days☹️, anything i eat, had vomit.... Including vomit tablet.... 🥺 I had to suffer from severe stomach pain, vomits, headache........ 😖

I used to get periods pain so often that sometimes I wanted to die. But once I ate fruits , vegetables and avoided junk food and did exercise daily and maintained good sleep then magically i didn't even feel a little pain in that month. Maybe our lifestyle is also a very important thing to be changed.

@@hayatOUROBANGNAhi! I’m really hoping you see this, yes! It is no joke! I’ve had cramps so bad to the point where an ambulance ride to the ER every month was common for me and I had skipped so much school because of this. I started to take more walks regularly and eat less junk food but that wasn’t enough. Then I started doing yoga every night and that’s what did it. My pain is much more tolerable but is still painful enough to make me take medicine so I am working on it! Take a walk everyday and maybe some yoga, and make sure to drink water and eat healthy food regularly! I was also very dehydrated before I started to work on my body :)

Reading all comments while lying on my bed in pain…makes me realise that m not alone!!The things that actually helped me is heating pad! And naproxen tab!! Share if you have another solutions…!

If you are suffering from period pain then follow these tips 1) after your periods are over start exercise or yoga for about 15-20 minutes, ( min 5 days a week) 2) avoid junk as much as possible 3) don't take mental stress, avoid talking to negative people around you. 4) during morning take 5 minutes of sun bath. I followed these tips for a month and this time my periods were less painful than last month.

Nsaid 400 mg x 2 every 8 hours And combined with paracetamol 500 ml x 2 every 6 hours a day. No alcohol while taking tablets

Whatever measures you have told here is undoubtedly helpful and good. But, my pain is so severe that these measures, even after trying was not helpful for me, since it was a dying experience. I know there's no such thing in universe which can overcome huge pain a woman undergoes during that time. I pray for all the women there❤️❤️ But ma'am, undoubtedly you are the best speaker and a caring woman like our mother🥰❤️

Great advice! Most of these I already utilize, passed down from my mom. One thing though, I don't think she means to say "we create the pain with bad habits", the pain comes from our inner lining tear off of our body, inevitable. But instead, we worsen our pain with our bad habits.

Apply heat pad or hot water pad Dietary remedies like add anti inflammatory and anti spasmodic herbs ( fennel seeds, cinnamon, ginger) Take foods rich in boron Minimize intake of saturated fats and trans fat

You are not alone. Even I suffer the same. Every month on first day I got to take leave from workplace to avoid accidents of fainting followed by unbearable pain. Efforts go on to find solution to this & trying all possible remedies.

I'm kind of speechless right now...I go through the worst period cramps you can imagine and that's why whenever I get on my period I just take a complete bed rest for 5 days but the thing is that I'm on it right now and I have an examination today as well that too offline and I'm like panicking that how will I manage to go through that 2 hours of time and how am I even gonna solve the papers I wish if it was allowed to carry hot water bag to school for the sake of women but sadly it's not and we all have to go through all these anxious stuff on our own I mean can't the system show a bit of respect and consent to us 😑

I can totally feel you! I got my periods when I was 11 and now I’m 29 I still get period pain as I used to when I was a kid . For me it had worsened due to uterine fibroid which I got removed recently . It’s a little better after that . Have worked on my diet . Honestly, I believe If it has been passed on to you genetically it won’t go away ever I guess but yes , it may reduce to a good extent with correct food and fluid intake . Incorporate probiotics in your diet . They soothe the tummy and will take care of your gut issues during period , therefore cramps will be a little more manageable. Also, while I’m typing this, I’m on my periods ! 🥲 Take care ! ❤️

Yes boys can help us ; as if he’s a brother not to fight or argue on those days, a boyfriend can take care of her and pet her head or can talk about something that impress him towards you or something you like , a father can provide her medical help if she want or not to shy to talk about this matter if hes not comfortable than he can simply treat her well like a 5 years old girl, a husband can cook food for her if he knows how to cook otherwise make tea/coffee for her( don’t tell me you don’t know how to make tea/coffee,like seriously bro !! She also didn’t know anything about cooking when she was in her Dad’s house and she was a princess,but she became a cook for you and your family, a nanny for your kids , maid for everyone.) She deserves a leave from everything at least on this day when she’s going through this pain and she also deserves love .💞

These are great tips. But the theory that menstrual cramps are created due to bad lifestyle habits alone is debatable. A lot has to do with individual anatomy. My mother was raised in a village surrounded by a forest, with ample sunlight and she did not consume any junk food, infact they probably consumed the healthiest available food, fresh from their backyard. Also, she was very active, walked to school every day, and lived amidst nature and yet she experienced very severe cramps! So did my grandmother... and now me. I'd probably buy this theory if I was the only one in the last 3 generations who experienced this. Because I admit I follow a very urban and somewhat unhealthy lifestyle. Let's make room for the fact that some things could be genetic. I simply don't like the judgement around menstrual cramps. Its unfair. We all are built differently!

No aunty no body understands till date the pain which a girl goes through light pain medium pain is manageable and it relieves from a painkiller rest and exercise hot water bag but acute pain no tablet helps no diet helps and it's my own experience I used to beg God for death it's almost a labour pain which a woman goes in a life 1cr or twice but I used to get it every month

1. Apply heat pad or hot water pad in stomach 2. Dietary remedies like anti inflammatory, anti spasmodic herbs. Fennel seeds, saunf, cinnamon and ginger boil these things in water and drink, or a peppermint tea 3. Food rich in boron (avocado, Banana, chickpeas and peanuts) Minimize dairy products and processed foods, Increase of plant base unsaturated fats (almond, flax seeds, walnut, sunflower seeds) 4. Yoga techniques like Supta bhadrasana, matsyasana(Fish pose), Supta Vakrasana, Setu Bandhasana, Ushtrasana(Camel pose), makrasana and shavasana

If sb would come with a remedy to solve this pain(issue), he would get a millionaire. I am trying also everything to release the pain. Hot pillow helps but sometimes…u know what I mean. When I have my days, I’d need help to prepare a food for me cos I’m not able to move. In the past, it was better. I just need to figure it out. There must be a solution!!!!!🙏🏻
