#6 was my favorite as a player. Another variation of it is to have the offensive areas about 30 yards apart of more. Once they get the certain number of passes, the offensive team then crosses the ball to the other team. The ball must be in the air and land in the area to get a point. If the receiving team can control the cross in their area, they get a point and the team who crossed the ball gets 2 points. If the cross is intercepted by the 2 defenders in the middle not in the offensive area, they can go 2v1 against the goalie and score

Even though I’m not a captain or a coach, I’m a player for my team and we do rondo’s normally, I always tell them to do what we do in training. So basically we are passing while we are pressured and pass to the open spaces while the defender is pressuring us and trying to tackle and pass to our teamates where the enemy can’t go in.

With the 3 team possession drill, what happens if the defense intercepts it? Does it reset to the opposite side (the same as if it has gone our of bounds?)

what to do on the last drill if the defending team won the ball?
@Pinkyinter1233 жыл бұрын
wins*
@360Player3 жыл бұрын
The team that wins it tries to hold on for as long as possible, if they can keep it for a certain amount of time or passes they can earn a point
