I am creating a form where an employee will fill out their portion and I want it to go to the manager to fill out his her portion to submit. I have tried using the notification form as well as the forms approval add-on I am not getting the response I need do you have a tutorial on how I can make a form More interactive and go to more than one person. Thank you.

While we ask some one to fill up a perticular date, can we offer him default date = todays date ? Here he doesnt have to enter today's date as it is pre-populated, he will enter the date only if it is other than today
