I try everything to gain weight (I’m 5.4 and weigh 40kg- normal weight is 50-65kg!) I trink like 1 glass per 6 hours and I eat fast and a lot. I’m very lazy and do nothing more than sport and eating and sleeping😢how can I fein weigh then?

Gulity my lord on all 7 counts! But i didn't expect to see milky coffees in the naughtly list. I have 1 or 2 lattes a day - without sugar.......thought that was healthy as i get dose of calcium.

I do all these and nothing helps me to gain weight. 🤧🤧🤧 Im not skinny but i want to gain more weight and follow all these is just a lie. I sit for 8hours-office I directly eat and sleep for almost 7-8hours Water-sorry....i drink altlast 2litres/day so..... And still didnt gain weight
