All the recipes look great and serve one. Where have you been all my life? ➡️ Re: muffin pans. If all you have is pan for 12, fill the extra wells with water to prevent warping your pan.

hello, i really appriciate your channel i have a request(suggession for recipies) can you make meals under 100 calories pls food that are filling and are under 100 calories ( NOT SNACKS ) cause im in a position where i cant eat over 400 calories per day but i want to eat tasty food i cant eat meat or bread (flour) or sweet sugar stuff im hoping you take my request...... ty in advance

I have a question, for the first recipe how much shrimp should I use ? I counted and it’s 20 shrimp but I think that’s too much for me so can I use 12 shrimp or 10 ?

I mean at first when I started my diet I starting eating small portions and I knew that was a problem so now I just give myself my own portion but I don’t over do it I have had so many failed diets and most of them went perfect but then I always screwed it up

I always have too much left over from each recipe..how about a video about how to use all your shopping for different meals over three days or so. Or even a week if you have enough storage. This is a proper serving for one person. People eat way more than a normal serving size.

It's for weight loss. 300-400 kals for one meal is normal. But imagine it's 300-400 kals packed with balanced nutrition, so it'll last longer than you think. Also, depending on the needs and goals of individuals, people may eat 5 such portioned meals a day or just 3 but with 2 snacks in between such as fruit or dairy. Anyway, it's meant for weight loss, not as regular portions.
