@@ivonvaladez6147 im not quite vegan yet (i still eat seafood and eggs) but ive been doing this for a year and a half and honestly, even after just a month i noticed i never felt fatigued or tired anymore for no reason, my memory got better, my mental health improved, and i started gaining muscle way quicker. of course it matters what youre eating and vegan doesnt automatically = healthier, but in a lot of cases (like mine) it does!

I just tried these and holy crap...what a great variety of food! I subbed quinoa for the rice, and used eggplant instead of the second serving of peppers. There are a lot of combinations and it's not boring!

Dear Chloe, I hope you could see this, I'm very happy to have chosen to workout with you. Im 14 yo, I have a hip dip since I became conscious of my appearance, well, I did try to build up my glute and hip in order to fill my hip dip out, but none of what I have tried worked, except your workout. I have stumbled across all your videos, at that time you were releasing your latest program - glute program. I decided to give a try, and after 20 days into the program, yes, I'm happy to said my hip dip is almost gone now! This video came in at a perfect time! I started the summer (I know it's winter now) shred challenge and I've been struggling to think of meals to prep. I'm on my last semester of my Master's program so time is very restricted and for the past half year I've been eating drive-thru food and now I have no idea what to eat! I think this will go well with the shred challenge.

Just have a plan and ingredients prepped. Some ideas of what to prep are marinaded meats(teriyaki chicken, glazed pork, korean paste beef), Meatball, pasta salad, roast vegetables, rice dishes are always easy bc you already fill yr plate at least a quarter of the way. You can grill a steak and eat it cold. I've prepped chicken katsu the night before and it turned out pretty good. You can do frozen meals if you worry about it spoiling. I would pop marinated meats in my freezer if I mixed too many. You can also have nuts and fruits as part of your meals as well.

I’d cook everything in the oven at 425 degrees Fahrenheit. I’d cook it all for about 25 minutes. The sweet potato may need to cook a little bit longer though. Just make sure you dice into fairly small pieces.

with winnie mhmmm, yeah but not really lol, like the salary is between 3000-3500 and just the apartment is like 1500, and than the assurance like 300 , and whatever we need more, I tried to calculate every ingredient for 1 month food and it can’t be lower than 400, and I’m not vegan or vegetarian but I still just can buy meal one day in a week, it’s really hard, and fast food is even more expensive than healthy food

You can cook the eggs and the rice by just putting the egg at the top of the ruce grains before starting cooking the rice thats how we do it here in the pihillipines lavyah chloe♡♡♡

Really inspired by this video. I didn't think it was going to be doable to get it done in 30 mins but you did it! Love the simplicity of it all, and watching you literally throw together that chickpea Moroccan dish was so simple but such a satisfying addition to everything else, well done! I'm going to replicate a lot of this but might take the additional time to caramelise some onions first before adding the other things for the chickpea Moroccan dish and will steam some broccoli instead of kale as that is what I have on hand at the moment, but really like the whole concept and is the kind of video I would watch again and again. Just have to skip the chicken step as I'm vegan but this could easily be done with tofu instead to keep it vegan, and skip doing the boiled eggs as well, probably quicker overall then though. Thanks! :)

Recipe (preheat oven) Chicken: Marinate chicken thigh for 5 mins in soy sauce. Add honey or 3-4drops stevia, pepper and ginger powder. When ready, put in baking dish. Season with salt and pepper and oregano. Pop in oven. Rice: Boil Peel sweet potatoes. Slice the way you like. Put on baking sheet, cut a big bellpepper (dunno the name, capsicun?) and add some small bell peppers. lay in baking tray. Season with salt and olive oil. Chickpeas: In pot, add diced tomatoes and chickpeas, oregano, paprika, cumin, chipotle powder and cook in stove. Add capsicun. Boil 7 eggs for 6.5 mins Prep kale. Tip: slice the leaves of kale along the stem to de-stem the softer leaves, tear in half/ thirds or slice and ready to cook. Easy! YUM Kale!

For the chicken you can marinate it with lemon juice, salt, pepper, onions and garlic instead of soya sauce. Even nicer ;)

I'm (kind of) late here but if it helps anyone, I made the ingredients list :) condiments: Ginger powder Soy sauce Honey or Stevia olive oil oregano Paprika Cumin Chipotle Tamari Sauce Ingredients: 7eggs Chicken breast 1 avocado 3 sweat potato 1 can of cheek peas 1 can of diced tomatoes 1 kale 10 little capsicums 2 or 3 bell pepper
