Had lots of problems with stress during the pandemic! Wasn’t sleeping properly and had no motivation to exercise at all, which probably compounded the problem. Tried a few things, but the one that really stuck well was standardized hot-water Tongkat Ali root extract. Got some on the advice of a fitness expert friend and dosing on 400mg daily was like lighting a fire under my motivation to start working out again. It felt really good, better than working out felt in a long time. After a few months in, I can say that taking this in the day really made a huge difference to stress and fatigue - it blew we away. The synergy with weight training is phenomenal. Now, in the day, I feel optimistic and energetic and at night I can actually get in a good 7 - 8 hours solid. Just an amazing lifesaver all round imo.
