I was married to a man for 5 years, he was loving and caring at first but then during this marriage I started to get to know him better, he told me stories how he loved to order prostitutes and I saw how excited he was telling this, same with seeing girls that look like 2000s porn actresses it all made me feel dirty and disgusted. On our second year of marriage I found a bunch of nude pictures of his ex girlfriend (they dated while he was married to another woman) and I was shocked and devastated but I couldn’t leave him, I moved to the US for him and I had nowhere to go. So I stayed. And there were good years but then he started to express ideas about threesome and other stuff which I didn’t want to do, so we argued a lot. And he had that friend of his, he was always hanging around, always spent time in our apt from the very start of our relationship, he was married also but spent with us more time than with his wife and his kid it seemed. And when he visited he always made sure to bring alcohol. I was 21 and one day he brought tequila and made me so drunk that I threw up and just went to bed but didn’t fall asleep, just waited till he left. Nothing happened that day but it all seemed off so I never again drunk in his company nor in my husband’s because I didn’t feel safe anymore. Fast forward to 5 years later. He and my husband finally talked me to drink a can of flavored beer and I agreed. It shouldn’t have made me drunk at all, I just made a few sips. They put something in it. And my husband’s friend take advantage of me while my husband was watching. I remember everything, I remember looking at my husband in search of protection but there was none. He acted than nothing happened after that and when I tried to talk to him how it was wrong, how he could do that to me, he answered that I never want to make him happy. I saved up money for a year, bought a ticket to my home country, left all my belongings and left. I wish I did it at 21 when I stopped trusting the man who should have been the most trustworthy man in my life.

Yes, they did say this. It's clear several had good "pickers" for who would make the most compliant targets because most of the wives stayed with them even though they have children, thus making the wives accomplices should the husband's, which is statistically very likely, ever prey on their children. When children are involved, I will judge, and rightly so if anyone chooses to stay with a partner this existentially threatening to their so called "loved ones."
@naga2015kk11 ай бұрын
hahahaaa You need to stop and ponder W H Y....
@Aelffwynn10 ай бұрын
@@avamasquerade you dont know the kind of coercion that goes on in some marriages, and you don't understand divorce or child custody at all. Even if a man is a CONVICTED RAPIST or even a PEDOPHILE, in most cases he will still have parental rights to his children. So if his wife leaves him, he will usually be awarded partial custody or at least visitation rights with the child, without the mother there for protection. So what you're saying is that these women should leave, and most likely leave their children ALONE with these men at times. It is fucked up and wrong, but unfortunately in most legal situations, parental "rights" still come before child safety. A child would literally have to be battered and abused by their parent before anyone could legally step in to take them away. So if the mothers want to keep their children safe, sometimes their best bet is to stay, at least until the child is old enough to defend themselves. And even IF the laws were fair and just, and protected children like they should, you're really going to blame someone who is likely not in their right mind due to calculated and cold-blooded abuse?
@ChocoBerryTsuki10 ай бұрын
@@AelffwynnI really really highly wish people would talk more about this, because there's a high percentage of marriages that are loveless and miserable that don't end in divorce for the children. I’m actually impressed with Singapore punishment laws when it comes to criminals. There’s a reason why they’re crime rate is lower than most countries. In the US they might get a couple years or a few years of probation. We need to stop being so empathetic towards criminals that feel no guilt for their victims.

To those praising the stick punishment in Singapore that's why Singapore in many rankings is classified as a "flawed democracy" and Singapore is just not in the news everyday because of alleged lack of democracy and human rights violations because they are an ally to the USA. If a thing like that happens in China, or were to happen in a communist country, like, say, Vietnam, or in a otherwise non aligned with the USA country there would be a constant outcry in the Western media. But Japan, South Korea and the other Asian Tigers were supported by the West to contain the spread of communism from China and then Indochina. They were created to be Western outposts in the Pacific during the Cold War, in the post-War era. So they were given (and still are given, but less) a lot of leeway in terms of what they can do, discretely, without calling much attention to themselves, in terms of human rights. Therefore, you'll hardly hear about the brutal dictatorship of Park in South Korea, or Lee Kwan Yew and the PAP hard grip in Singapore, but you WILL heard about anything the CCP does. And it's not true their crime rates are lower because of that. The Us is BY FAR the most violent country among the developed country and with far harsher punishments. Germany is one of the less violent countries on planet and in other case here you were complaining their prisons "look like hotel rooms.". and in fact Germany REDUCED it's crime rate after shortening their sentences and replacing prison time for minor offences for social work,
@JohnnyLynnLee11 ай бұрын
@@ksng767 Singapore is a failed democracy and a viloator of human rights and just get away with it for being an Us outpost in the Pacific, so the Western media will turn a blind eyes. But were they a communist country there would be a constant outcry in the Western media.

@@JohnnyLynnLee if you're going to attempt to position yourself as a Singapore expert, the least you can do is spell Lee Kuan Yew's name correctly. Singapore is absolutely a flawed democracy, there's no arguing that. We've had the same political party in power for all 58 years of our independence, and the insidious methods they used to take down political opponents in the 70s and 80s is well-documented. But what I'm failing to understand is why you're bringing up the lack of human rights when talking about its criminal justice system. What exactly are you trying to argue here - that Singapore's harsh punishment for violent crime (of which majority of Singaporeans believe is an effective deterrent) should not be acknowledged because of a flaw in another aspect of its governance?

I know a case of a young girl, a child, being raped multiple times by a family member and the parents being fully aware but blaming her and shoving it under the carpet, even sucking up to the rapist AND EVEN ALLOWING HIM MORE OPPORTUNITIES TO KEEP DOING IT, all because they felt they would look bad themselves if they confronted him, or if it got out, and lose face. They'd rather subject their daughter to repeated rape than to consider ''losing face'', which is a stupid and ridiculous concept in the first place. And instead they blamed the victim, their own young daughter. Talk about insult upon injury. Talk about unforgivable betrayal and trauma. And I happen to know this happens a lot actually. The older I get, the more I realize lots of people get into relationships based on what the other person can do for them (most often sexually or domestically), not any feelings of genuine love or desiring companionship. It doesn’t matter to them if they even like their partner as a person, so long as that person “holds up their end of the bargain” (aka: provides them access to the things they desire). Honestly, sometimes it seems there’s more people who view relationships through this lens than don’t. Ive seen inklings of this mindset in people who I know actually do love their partners even. Bring it to the US as well, so many people are like this because their parents refused to do it. All avoiding punishing your children does is force someone else to eventually do it for you. There is something very poetic in this punishment being an ultra extreme version of spanking, like it is all the discipline their parents neglected coming back at once.
@Astrussy2 ай бұрын
@@andrewdriver3318it’s one thing to do it on abusive/agressive criminals, doing it to your children is so different. Science shows spanking is more harmful than helpful, it’s just more convenient to apply than softer forms of punishment and correction. For example, spanking can lead to children being overly cautious in life and relationships out of fear of being punished. This can lead to them being in unhealthy relationships, having low self esteem, and having a hard time forming friendships.
@andrewdriver33182 ай бұрын
@@Astrussy Yeah, uh huh. No, it doesn't a study you read that probably has a million caveats and was weighted to achieve a predetermined outcome to sell a book says that. Nobody buy that "studies show' crap anymore. You can make a 'study' "show" whatever you want it to. Everyone I grew up with that was spanked are all well adjusted adults. The ones that weren't are all emotionally stunted, and self absorbed. They are either living in their parents still doing the dumb stuff they did in high school in their 30s, are in jail, or on drugs. It's almost as if learning you actions have consequences is a huge part of development or something. That is the goal dingus, you are supposed to be cautious of being punished and wary of the consequences of your actions. That's how you don't raise a self absorbed criminal with reckless impulses and no forethought of consequences or impact on others.
@Astrussy2 ай бұрын
@@andrewdriver3318 so we just don’t trust studies? If that’s the case, why trust any science? You genuinely think you know better than studies designed, carried out, peer-reviewed, and replicated by people who spent their lives studying the subject? You really don’t think there are psychologists out there that wouldn’t love the chance to “prove the rest wrong” and do a study showing that spanking actually IS good? Cmon.. Anecdotal experience isn’t meaningful data. I have friends who were never spanked and they’re very successful and well-adjusted. I have friends who were spanked and they’re stressed balls of anxiety that live with their parents still. See how anecdotal experience can lead to totally different conclusions?

And those who absolutely detest women - red pillers, MGTOW - still have their entire credo and reason for being revolving around women - how to trick women into sex. Women who prefer to be single will live their happy lives as normal, focusing on family, friends, work & hobbies, with zero male companionship - and maybe a little vibrator help along the way. Men act as though they will spontaneously combust without sex, so even those rare few who legitimately "prefer" to be single will incessantly seek out female companionship. Every male I’ve known who prefers to be "single" and "focus on themselves" - stays _planted_ on dating apps, going to the club, and approaching women with the goal of sex. Women who prefer to be single want absofuckinglutely nothing to do with men.

Internet platforms are not responsible because it would be impossible. They are typically monitored in accurately and there will be no accurate way to actually find out who’s doing real crimes when people just randomly report each other and the AI just looks for trigger words and not actual ability to see crimes or not in most cases. However, what’s posted has been used against people in court and to find criminals. But the platform themselves are not held responsible and if anything they could be seen as guilty of liable, slander, election tampering, harassment, and a whole bunch of other things if they’re wrong and who they allow a physical human being to block, ban, and report. These legality and liability conversations are actually going on in the US government now. It seems there are laws that protect companies from what people say on the platform, but not protect the company from the censorship they do that could lead to allowed criminal activity. So far all that’s being done is talking about it.

@@killsomefool1239 The statistical odds of finding not one, not two, but 7 people to band together and do something like this should be theoretically impossible. The statistical odds of finding hundreds more to be a happily watching audience should also be theoretically impossible. Yet somehow, it never is when it comes to men. There are thousands of stories of men banding together to assault women. _Thousands._ Woodstock, 1999. The Puerto Rican Day Parade, 2000. We Are Sthlm Festival, 2014. New Year’s Eve Attacks, 2016. Rio De Janeiro Assault, 2016. And these aren’t standalone crimes - these are mass SA incidents involving dozens to *hundreds* of men. There’s a literal Wikipedia page for these events. And I haven’t even gotten to f-ing India. Or war. Then the alleged good men will come to triggering videos like this and women expressing their fears to gaslight that "oh there are bad men, but we mostly good lololol" and then promptly leave most likely to jack off to violent porn. Fck men, honestly.

One thing good about the internet is it's exposing how sickening, abusive and uncaring a lot men can really be. It took me 46 years to find a good man! Every guy I dated and my x husband were all abusive and that's not an exaggeration. Everyone of them abused me financially, emotionally or physically or all of the above. It's truly sad that so many men think it's ok to abuse women and children.

Financial abuse in relationships is not acknowledged. Unless you're being beat to the brink of death, it's not abuse. Right?. I've been taken advantage of by men who were jealous of my job, my income, my caring personality. Men Target women and use them for whatever it is they're after. Then they say the women is crazy, bipolar when she gets sick and tired of them.

I've first been sexually harassed by a male stranger when I was 12 and men have since given me plenty reason not to trust them unless they've really proven themselves. Hell, it isn't even safe for men to trust men. Most homicides are committed by men and in most cases of r*pe where the victim is a man... The predator is also a man. We really messed up as a society when it comes to raising men.

I can't imagine what this will be like for the kids that find out that their father isn't really their father's and instead a product of rape. Society will just accuse the wife of cheating off the bat and not even take a deeper look to see that everything is the husband's fault for screwing over his wife and her kids.
