The Church says that the Celibacy of Priests is required. However some fall short of their vows and should be dealt with appropriately. However, if a young seminarian ( who no doubt is an adult) is approached in an inappropriate and unwanted sexual advance they have a responsibility to REPORT THIS TO THE POLICE. I don't understand what anyone thinks the Bishop or anyone of the clergy will do. The church is not an investigator. The church can do nothing if the case was not found credible. The only way a situation can be found credible is for it to be reported to the police, investigated and prosecuted if credible. Of course the priest will say he is innocent he needs to be proven guilty in a court of law not the church.
