Loved this so much! I love how simple yet beautiful all of your designs always are, but I especially appreciated that these were all inspired from nature, something I do a lot in my own journal. Please do more videos like this, it was perfect! 💜

I just found out if you pull the cap at the bottom off and put a couple of drops of water into the barrel, you can revive them that way

I have started to create an art piece for my swatches. I think it would be cool, if you did that with your next set of markers. If you did like a color by numbers image and just put the number in the corner or I took my micron 005 pen and wrote the number in small print and filled the color with that number over and over again, so it looks somewhat like hatching or cross hatching.

I trained as a Holistic Therapist. (reflexology, hot stone massage, Indian head massage, etc) and we were taught to “ground” ourselves before every treatment. This is where we closed our eyes, imagined a big protective bubble around us and our feet, flat to the floor, anchored us, imagining roots coming from the soles into the ground. It’s to help protect us from any negative energy from interfering with our energy. Sounds a little out there, but it actually seemed to help. If one of us hadn’t done it before a treatment, people would often say they felt more tired or super emotional than normal. Keep trying it, it might help ❤

If you are starting someone new you don’t need the roots into the earth, try breath in light … breath out stress/ dark/ anger/ whatever the feeling is until calm …bubble colours can change to match or help moods so even multi colour will work just as good and are a distraction to get them sitting easier
