Hi, Nice Video! I’ve been searching here about “How much net pay does a J-1 holder/Intern is earning inc. tax deductions” but have not found any. Please make a vlog about it. I bet it can earn lot of views here. Lot of J1-Visa aspiring applicants has no idea what they will encounter in the US during there stay, specifically at their paycheques.

It depends on your hours. Mostly j1 program work 32 to 40 hours a week but if your work more than 40 hours. You make more money. note. Dont work more than 20 hours overtime. The more you make the more they take.

I would suggest beside saying 'Yes, I definitely come back to my home country to ABCD" such as to build up my business about abcd/ to apply for master at abc school to..../ to apply for abc position at abcd company in abc. ANY THING that show them you have a PLAN, tell them your plan as detail as you can. Good luck!

To my knowledge, hotels are no longer support accommodations, you have to rent apartments close to your work. Some hotels/ resorts are far away from cities, like in the mountains, island, inconvenient places... employees have to take bus for hours to shop then they will have accommodations.

Jamoliddin Usmonov It wouldn’t be an issue for your J1 visa this time. But you need to finger out the reason of your visa rejections last time and when filling form DS-160 (Visa Application form), make sure you pull out your Ds-160 form of your F1 visa applications to match the background information.

Jamoliddin Usmonov I think it’s easier because you’re already in Europe and keeping up with bachelor which credits a lot for your visa application. So I assume after work and travel in USA, you’ll be back to Poland to study? If yes, don’t worry 😉 It mostly depends on your performance at the interview tho

Hailey Phan i never failed tho. i did my 1st internship program when iam still in uni, it was easy for me. iam graduate now. some people said if you already did 1st internship with j1. it would be harder to get the 2nd one. is that true ?

@@federicoramanugraha3535 No, i don't think so. The most important thing is the "consistency concept". If last time you said you took J1 to learn about hospitality or something in the USA then came back to finish school. To be consistent to your previous answers, you should continue the same career and if possible, have a better position or any advantages more than other people. The second J1, anything you want to improve, what does it help, future plans.... all your answers they saved on the systems so make sure the answers relative.

Melanisa Bantayao before you reapply for another interview, make sure you update your documents or practice answers, there must be something that your visa got rejected so you should finger that out first.
