Among Stoics, Seneca is my favorite philosopher. Seneca was born in Spain but he spent most of his life in Rome, where he was a tutor and advisor to the Roman Emperor Nero. He faced many hardships in life including exiles and a forced suicide death. He is known for his essays, plays and letters, which perfectly explains his philosophy. He is also called “Seneca the Younger”, because his father was also named Seneca. In this video, I have talked about seven of my favorite lessons from Seneca which can transform our lives.
