-Clasp your finger and put it behind your head. Inhale and lift your body up. Put opposite pressure and hold your breath till 10 counts. And relax.
-Clasp your fingers and pull your hands up. And, stretch while inhaling. Hold the position till 10 counts. It helps in stretching the spine.
-Stretch your hands forward and move your heads left and right. In one breath, do it 3 times. Bring your head in the centre and relax.
-Clasp your hands, face your palm downwards and put your hands behind. Push your body behind. In one breath hold, move your head up and down.
-Take a deep breath from mouth, hold the breath. Keep your head downwards and create an internal pressure. And exhale from nostrils. Do this in three rounds.
-For immunity module:
Close your nostrils, and blow your stomach like a ball. And, inhale.
Inhale from the right nostrils, and push your stomach inside. Do it 3 times and exhale from left nostrils
Close your eyes, and imagine a white spot in the ceiling. And move your eyeballs and focus on the white spot. After the breath holds, open your eyes.
