How do you create a title graphic with the video editing software? Or do you create it in Photoshop? If so how do you get a still image of the video so you can use it in Photoshop?

For a title graphic I would just export an image from the video. Maybe I can do that inside of After Effects and save a fully layered .PSD. Or maybe I just export a 1920x1080 still image.
