7 habits to build your confidence: 1) 0:54 Start a confidence journal/cookie jar Write down a list of moments, experiences or events where you did something that made you feel confident and proud of yourself, in the long run this will make you see how much you've actually achieved. 2) 2:41 Speak at a slower pace Speaking too fast will make you come off as nervous and insecure. 3) 5:00 Start committing to your decisions Be secure in yourself and your decision-making because at the end of the day someone is always gonna have something to say about what you do. 4) 7:30 Make time for you everyday Meditate, call a friend, watch some TV, cook yourself a healthy meal. 5) 11:05 Make no your default answer Stop neglecting yourself and being a people pleaser and become ok with disappointing someone. 6) 13:49 Spend less time predicting and more time preparing Instead of predicting every move before a social event/interaction start trusting yourself. 7) 15:49 Be realistic now and ambitious later Be realistic in what you can achieve in a day so that you can be ambitious with what you can achieve in a year; your goals will look after themselves if you look after what you're doing everyday.

Here’s another habit that will boost your confidence Step 1: don’t give a fuck Step 2: let everyone else know how much of a fuck you don’t give

It's crazy how no one is talking about Women’s Magic Truths on Borlest. This book has secrets that could change everything, but people seem blind to it. Wake up and see for yourself!

Thank you for your content. Everything you said is so true, As a people pleaser, socially anxious, overachieving, no-boundaries, shape shifting chameleon😂 Everything you said hit close to home. I just have one question, the part where you said speak slower to gather your thoughts, what would you recommend to make that a habit? Because when I'm in a social situation, my entire brain just kinda goes on autopilot.

do what feels most natural! if you feel on edge in social settings though I would recommend slowing down, I've started doing this when I talk to people and it makes me feel more confident

Also be ok with being anxious. What has helped me was to Actually acknowledge that ”this situation is making me anxious” and do What you need to become more comfortable. You dont need to impress others and pretend to enjoy large gatherings or being loud/talkative/extroverted. Just be you, and begin practicing in the less intimidating situations. And be authentic. Also be in situations Where you are curious/interested, not every person is for you.

Can you please make a video on how to avoid bullying and what to do if this happens at school, for example? Because of this, I have a negative association with school. I hope you can help ❤

Im sorry about that :( Have you tried telling someone in power? If you’re afraid of them finding iut, you could find a way to do it anonymously
@LudmilaMits4 ай бұрын
@@yoyo-land Yes, I tried, but I live in another country. There is no time for teachers to deal with this, they just turn a blind eye to what is happening

Not the best advice but similar situation, I'd just fight them so the bullying is not one sided. Stand up for yourself and "bite back" if you can't then speak up and make the problem known

@@KB-zp8bs Thank you so much for this advice! ❤️ I'll try to avoid them somehow, unsubscribe from their social networks. But the only thing that saves me is that I study well, and at school they only look at grades, I really hope that they will be expelled)

Too any man out there. If there is a problem take charge. Don’t be the guy waiting being told what to do. People respect leaders and it’s a very important trait to have as a man. Especially when you start a family. I do this in my friend group and at work. Works everytime.
